Nice hotel with some decent on site dining options and a cafe. The room was perfect for our five person family. You could technically walk to downtown Galway, but it’s just far enough out to justify a drive.

Not a bad place just seemed very average. Not sure if it's always like this but during our stay there were so many kids. The dining room was very loud with kids. Not a bad thing especially if you have kids but for a young couple without it was not what we were looking for. The room and facilities seemed a bit dated but we're mostly clean. My bath towel looked like it had a spot if something on it so I just used a hand towel. Personally I wouldn't stay here again but it wasn't a bad place, just not for me.

Lobby area is beautiful. Looks to be newly remodeled, very clean, and well lit. The rooms however, are a stark contrast. Dark, flat/uncomfortable pillows, and rather dated rooms. Fine for a one night crash, like our group did, but not sure I'd want to stay much longer.

Overall ok properly but not very good value. Facility outside is very nice but room is basic and does not match the lobby etc. was disappointing but the staff was very nice. Also location is not very close to downtown and will need a car or take the bus.

Very large hotel, easy free parking out front. Rooms need updating but were clean and comfortable and good size. Buffet breakfast has all the options for a full Irish breakfast plus oatmeal and fruit. Location is not good for walking to anything, but this is a good choice if traveling by car.

Our room was located in the B wing, in particular the bathroom was dated in the room we stayed in. The heating system when it came on during the night was very loud. Check out is 11:30 am however had numerous instances of room cleaning staff trying to enter before this time. I have stayed in other rooms on previous occasions and had better experiences.

We liked the hotels lobby and common areas were huge and modern.. the staff was friendly and helpful when we need anything .. Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. Laundry was unconventionally so far .. but free which was nice (as we are traveling for 3 weeks) We loved Galway and your hotel

Rooms in need of a refurb. Breakfast had no vegetarian options and the manager didnt seem to understand this his suggestion of spinach and vegetables as a vegetarian breakfast was an insult.
