Leslie the manager was amazing. Pamela and Collum were very accomdating and made our trip wonderful beyond ecpectations. Padraic and Ben, the porters, we also very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were nice touches.

Food in cafe was average to good. Receptionist indifferent when I reported problem with the toilet flush. Water would not stay in wash basin as plug too small. Cracks in tiles. Otherwise ok.

We are happy with breakfast & hotel was clean How every we had a problem in are room were the window did not close tight. so we had a little cold area getting in to our room. We have informed Hotel & i am sure they will sort this problem out.

Sadly the lift was out of commission for the night which is never good and should always be in pairs on a hotel of this size. Food reasonable ( substituted some veg in the menu) some noise on front elevation from the road so ask for the back. Overall a nice hotel been .a couple of times just one of those days. Staff friendly and rooms great

Excellent Food ,very fast check in,friendly staff in reception and bar ,very quick table service for dinner Room was nice and very large but a few stains on walls that need to be cleaned ,bed was very comfy

Hotel is close to all local amenities. Our room was very big and clean. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The only issue’s we had, there was an altercation on our floor during the night. We had very little sleep due to this and the fact our room was on the Road front which was very busy all day & night.

Solid comfortable corporate type hotel. We were there during what we can only call AC/DC weekend in Dublin and our hotel and the city were packed with AC/DC fans. Kudos to the breakfast staff for dealing so well with the hordes. Yes the hotel is out in Tallacht but there's a straight tram to downtown Dublin from right near the hotel which makes it a great deal. Hotel restaurant was also very good. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

4 or 5th time staying in this hotel and had my first bad experience. Breakfast on the last day, no staff to be found, tables full of empty plates and left overs. A queue of people waiting to be allowed access to breakfast. Whilst we wait, one staff member arrives and fills a plate full of cooked breakfast and then disapears back into the backroom. A guy then appears and lets us through. Only to be treated to no bacon, no fried eggs, cold other items. With the exception of the hashrowns. Once you then sit down to eat your cold cooked breakfast you overhear the female staff member telling the male staff member his food is heating up in the microwave... nice touch to breakfasts.
