AC Hotel Vicenza by Marriott

Too dark throughout hotel. The bathroom door was all glass and didn’t provide any seal for privacy or noise. Far too few electrical outlets (2 in room area, zero in bathroom). No USBs anywhere. No ice machine accessible to guests, so staff had to fetch ice if needed. Toilet brush missing or not provided. Glass sink was stylish but not really practical. Tilted windows work better, and there was no window screen to prevent mosquitoes.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Front desk went out of their way to assist with questions re the area and help with taxis, etc.

It was ok to stay 6 night, but no A/C, and too small room, and limited items of breakfast, and location is inconvenience

We had a great time the staff were extremely helpful in every way. We had an amazing time.

The on-site parking was a fantastic help. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, though juices tasted very 'fake'.

The hotel is a little outdated. It's in the middle of a commercial area and is easy to get to by car. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were helpful. Price is reasonable.

Less than 10 minutes walking to the Vicenza expo. Restaurant food is good. Staff is very nice

I needed to book a room at AC Hotel Vicenza for a friend, who is a war refugee, and needed to work with the staff on arranging payment and logistics from overseas. I was very pleased how helpful the staff was. And my friend absolutely loved this hotel. If I get to visit Vicenza myself sometime, I will book there again.

Friendly staff, their manager didnt care to wear mask though. Our room did not have the promised bathroom or tv size. The excuse was that it was a wheelchair friendly room. And to me thats no excuse,- they could at least have notified us before the stay. The room was ICE cold and we had to argue two days with the staff before we got to borrow a tiny stinky noisy heater. In tge meantime we had already been out to buy extra blankets ourselves. Very disappointed to be fair.

Absolutely amazing however, the cashier wouldn’t process my credit card as credit, they are very big on using debit. Besides that the stay was great and the staff was wonderful.

Good business hotel. It’s in a somewhat industrial area of Vicenza so not really walkable To the center but plenty of parking and good amenities.

On one occasion it appears that the cleaning staff did not complete their cleaning in my room. I arrived with the hotel toiletries strewed across the bath tub. No new towels or toiletries. I had to call the reception desk to bring me replacements. Also, the vent above the shower is gross. It needs to be wiped. It appears to be growing mold or something Finally when I first arrived, I found that my blanket had a foul smell. I had to call the reception desk again for replacement. The gentleman working at reception made my stay much better. If it weren't for him, I would stay somewhere else as he was able to remedy all my issues quickly and sweetly.

Fair price, convenient location. Once you arrive the hotel does not have a welcoming exterior, parking area seems neglected...

The persons working here were great. The location is not nice.

The hotel was very nice. Modern, great comfortable bed, room service was great, located near shops, grocery stores, and main roadways.
