The facility was excellent. Two large pools, a wellness centre and a great restaurant. The menu was different every night and the food was divine. The staff across the whole resort went above and beyond, made the stay extra special.

This hotel is good value for money but it isn’t 5 star ,it could be , with very little expense or effort to the hotel. 5 star should provide a turn down service with fresh towels. China coffee cups in room. Comfortable cushions on the sun loungers & you should be able to get towels by the pool & not have to take the mean , thin towel they provide in your room. All these things are easily fixed & would make for a better experience. The little snacks they provide with drinks at the bar are very good.

Close to a wonderful small village with great restaurants and friendly bar - Rosella is very welcoming, otherwise close to nothing - you need to hire a car, which is perfect for us as we like to explore. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Didn't eat in hotel or golf club restaurants but have previously and was excellent. Breakfast very nice, although European ' full English' its still very nice. There are two great outdoor pools (included). Hotel affiliated to a beach with a restaurant, its OK but we prefer their previous beach / restaurant (Puntarenas) so went there. They are happy for you to visit, and its slightly cheaper than the hotel one - again you need a car, although the hotel has a bus transfer to their beach if required. We have visited previously when Double Tree Hilton, its still the same place, great staff, great facilities BUT the SPA is now extra to enter. Previously you were free to wander in and out as you pleased (jacuzzi pool / steam / sauna / ice / etc), now its €15 each for 2 hours. Probably sufficient but we were disappointed so did not use on this visit. We do not expect free spa treatments, its just entry into the main area - seems silly as its open and staffed anyway.

Resort posto in una situazione strategica Suite bellissima materassi Top e pulizia eccellente. Purtroppo uno dei 2 televisori, quello posto in camera non era funzionante e la luce dello specchio piccolo in bagno, per intenderci quello che serve alle donne per truccarsi era fulminata.E direi proprio che in una camera di quasi 500 € a notte questo non dovrebbe assolutamente accadere. É cmq intervenuto immediatamente il tecnico addetto ma non é riuscito a risolvere il problema del televisore. Consiglerei di fare un ispezione, che a quanto pare manca, prima di assegnare le camere e di aggiungere in bagno dei set di cortesia che possano fare la differenza (pettinino, spazzolino).Consiglerei anche di fornire ciabattine di maggiore qualità e di non limitarsi ad omaggiare gli ospiti all'arrivo di una semplice bottiglia di acqua calda. Consiglio inoltre, così come oramai fanno quasi tutti i resort di un certo livello, di dotare le camere di una macchina con cialde, visto che il service room (specificato anzitempo) costa 10 €. Altra critica, spero costruttiva, e che 2 caffè in camera vengono serviti senza acqua e senza l'accompagnamento con alcun dolcetto (che probabilmente non avrei mai neanche mangiato). Mancano veramente tanti particolari a fare la differenza. E per finire al mio arrivo nessuno a darmi una mano con i bagagli. Personale tutto eccellente in tutto... tranne quello della Reception. Bene anche il ristorante asterno che però doterei con luci più sobrie.Per il resto Top
