The owner i think (i called the number shown on booking), he yelled and shouted at me even though i asked politely because i couldnt find the hotel, hang up the phone in the middle of the talk. Very very rude and not helpful friendly at all. Very bad experience. The room was not clean and cant use heat from AC so freaking cold.

B&B La Cittadella was very nice and very clean room. The staff were extremely nice, they smile and gave us warm welcome. We were happy to stay here.
