At first it might seem like this hotel is in a jenky area, but it ended up being my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They cleaned and refreshed linens every day. The rooms may seem old, but they’re immaculate. Located only a block or two from the Termini station, it was perfectly situated for visiting everything. Though I advise good shoes and walking because there’s always something breathtaking on the way to somewhere in this centrally located place.

This is the second time we stayed at Concorde. Highly recommended. Very central location to anything. All in walking distance if you are fit. You can take public transit to anywhere at Termini. Staffs are very polite and friendly. We always met the same staffs. Seemed like family.

Simple but very clean. Accommodated our requests. Very easy to reach from Termini (5 minute walk) and plenty of lovely restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, and many sights within 20 minute walk. Included breakfast was a bonus and only issue was the air conditioning was quite noisy, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was very basic but very clean. The hotel was very quiet but noisy at breakfast time because i think they were full! The room would benefit from being painted. The location could be noisy late evening.

The location is great, two-steps from the Termini station. The single room was quite small, but ok for just spending the night. Though it was next to the kitchen and was quite noisy at night. Good for short trips, 1-2 days. The breakfast is ordinary. Didn't see any homeless or drug doers at the entrance. The elevator didn't work at some point, but then it was quickly fixed.

The hotel site says it has an elevator, however the elevator only takes you to the hotel lobby. There is No elevator to the rooms which are two large stairways away.

Friendly staff, room cleaned every day. Bedroom and bathroom were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Wifi was spotty for me (kept cutting out every two or three minutes on two devices even though signal seemed fine). Area didnt seem that bad to me despite what other reviews have said. Most of the big tourist sites were within 45 minute walk. Recommended for cheap, no fuss stay.

The bed was absolutely terrible. Worst bed I have ever slept on, neither my partner or I got any sleep because all we could feel all the springs in the mattress. Woke up every morning with an aching hip, sore shoulder because of the mattress ans well as a sore neck because the pillows were so flat. There was also no air conditioning, the room was super hot at night. There was only a heater with no cool setting.

This hotel is on 6th & 7th Floor by the US standard, elevator was not working when we got there, we had to carry our luggage all the way to 7th floor, tiny room etc. We paid city tax at the check in, every time receptionist changed, they were asking for city tax again. We stayed here twice(as we pre booked same hotel), first 4 days Wifi did not work. Loud noise outside all night, we could not sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Yes, it’s a budget hotel but it’s in a sad state, the area outside is borderline 3rd world, and just sad. The only redeeming quality is that’s it’s close to Termini and you can grab a train quick. The front desk man, in the early morning, was polite and friendly.
