came in from Pisa leaning tower. Had taken the train from Napoli where our primary location in italy is. the train is 6 hrs ride from Napoli so you want to stay over in Pisa after you've seen the tower and shopped.

Very spacious comfortable family room with double and one single bed downstairs and two singles on the mezzanine floor in rustic style property. Every room had an outside table and chairs to sit and relax. Stoned pathways leading around the stone built blocks of rooms with lovely pool area at one end with small basic gym downstairs..the hotel runs regular activities for kids and adults (eg wine tasting). We only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed the lovely country location and super buffet breakfast. Everything very clean and staff could not be friendlier or more helpful.

The big catfish of a hotel. Our rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We booked a comfort room and were given an economy bunch room and then expected to pay for the comfort room. It was an absolute joke, The pool water was green and looked unswimable. Luckily we were only there for work and not for some r&r and managed to spent as little time at the accomodation. The free breakfast was stale cakes and breads and cereals. Would never go back and would give it a zero star if possible.

Wonderful stay – highly recommend! Beautiful complex in a quiet countryside setting, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was included, and dinner at the hotel was excellent value: buffet starters, two dishes from the menu, and unlimited dessert. As seafood lovers, we were very happy with the choice. Breakfast and dinner were so generous we didn’t need lunch. Staff were fantastic — special thanks to Tati at reception, the restaurant team, and Francesco at the pool. Everything was spotless. Only drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room or the pool, so we used mobile data. Location is peaceful yet convenient, about an hour to Pisa and 25 minutes to the beach. We’d happily return in the near future

Nice property! Staff was curt, was confused about some transportation arrangements; they cancelled our reservation on a shuttle bus to a concert venue, then attempted to still charge us for it. No elevator at the hotel for heavy bags. Meals were very good, but it was unclear about the seating and timing.

The first room we were given smelled musty. The next one was better but still dank. There are no screens on the windows so you have to use the fan from the air on that just recirculates. Stayed one night only and happy to leave.

Nice quite hotel, larger than i thought lovely room and kept tidy and clean by staff food not great same limited choice every morning for breakfast never went for evening meal as a bit pricey and going on the breakfast we decided not to eat, lovely small family run restaurant ten minutes along the road at half the price

The info on your booking engine n terms of distance to Lajatico is inorrect. I got lost at coming back from Andrea Bocelli concert at 2am because of this. The hotel brooms are so dated, dingy & ugly. The tilez in the shower needs a good cleaning. The manager in the breakfast area is vrry unfriendly and dinner is only served from 7:30pm (who does this).
