A 30 percent reduction applies from January 1-31.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January - 31 January, EUR 2.80 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.40 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 February - 31 December, EUR 4.00 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.00 per night for guests aged 10-16 years old.

There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
