Hotel Amadeus Torino

We reported to the receptionist that the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working during our first hour of stay and yet it was never fixed at all. Also, it smelled in the hallways - could be because it's an old building.

I was checking in with my friend who was on crutches and the lift was not working so it would’ve helped if our room was on the ground floor. However, we were placed on the 4th floor which was not good considering the circumstances. Only 2 plugs worked (1 in the bathroom) where there were multiple that didn’t work. No problem with the bed and bathroom itself.

We were on the fourth floor and the elevator kept breaking down. Other than that we had a good experience.

The curly hair lady was somewhat rude. All good and acceptable for the rest!

Considering the price it was reasonable. Good location. Basic hotel. Basic room. Bed and shower were decent.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Tucked away but handy for local tourist facilities this boutique hotel was a great choice. There are lots of nearby restaurants. Nice room overlooking a courtyard, comfortable bed, in room safe & fridge and private bathroom with shower. Also offered WIFI, aircon and heating. Downside, could not find a bedside plug socket for charging mobile phone. On site Italian breakfast with a range cold cuts, breads and pastries including gluten free foods. . Overall, would be happy to stay again.

Great budget hotel. Traditional style. Clean. Comfortable beds. Enjoyable breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Walking distance to squares, restaurants, museums and local attractions. Some minor maintenance / repairs required but overall very good value. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very dated but in a great location. Staff were very helpful and room was clean. don’t expect to be able to get any food or drink, as they don’t have bar or room service, even though they state they do. But they do breakfast.

Friendly and clean

A nice property, close to city centre and to train station. We like walking around to learn about new places so the location was very important for us. The room we stayed in was huge and we have been very comfortable.

Staff was great. We had a minor scheduling issue due to my error. They helped me sort it out.

A small hotel located right in the centre of Turin, i generally enjoyed my stay with a couple of small things i was less pleased with. The check-in was fast and the lady showed me to my room. I gave her my passport at the reception to check my details but she forgot to return it and if i didn't notice or mention it i'm not sure she would've given it back to me bc i had to ask for it. The room is small but better than advertised. I expected a small bed but got a king size bed which is a big plus. The furniture is old, some of it broken and outdated but the sheets and towels were clean. There was a mini refrigerator with two free bottles of water. The TV is small but the channels worked. If i had to complain about something, that it took 5 to 10 minutes to get the hot water working in the shower. It was explained upon check-in, but the amount of water that is wasted is a bit of a shame. There is no keycard but a physical key to get into the room, my room was located on the ground floor next to a toilet, so a lot of noise comes through from reception, people using the toilet, but since there were not many guests, it wasn't that noticeable. The check-out is at 10 which is a bit early, but since the night i stayed, the european time reverted back to standard winter time, it still felt like i checked out at 11. Otherwise it would've been too early.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was quite good. The room was simple but there was space enough for our stuff. The bathroom was quite nice with a sophisticated shower.

Nice, friendly staff; the property was also very near to the centre. However, with no one on duty after 2am, some guests took the opportunity to invite others to their rooms and have mini parties. The walls were very thin and TVs could also be heard late into the night.

The hotel is in good condition with a modern room and bathroom. Even though I only had a single room, it was spacious enough and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately I had to check out early so missed breakfast.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, few minutes from Piazza Vittorio and the Mole and just 10 minutes to the city center and train station. Around the property it's plenty of bars and shops. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff friendly and smiling!

Nice location - easy access from train staton (about a 20 minute walk), close to Egyptian Museum, walkable to Central Market, around the corner from the Moro. In a lively student quarter with lots of bars and restaurants.

Great hotel with a lot of features and nice amenities.
