We stayed in the apartment room, which also had a kitchenette for convenience. Breakfast was included in our stay and there was a huge choice every morning.

This property had good reviews and it was ocean front. There were two types of rooms to choose from, sea view and regular. The sea view advertised a furnished balcony. We booked the sea view room and we were looking forward to hanging out on the balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean after a long day of traveling. It was more expensive but we needed the break. We got to our room and the view was only from the tiny balcony that faced north instead of towards the ocean. The balcony was so small only one person could stand out there at a time. At each end of the balcony were two small chairs that were not comfortable and you couldn't see anything but each other if you sat in them. Our room was dated and everything looked worn. The air conditioner was either on or off, you could not adjust it. The air intake for the air conditioner had a layer of dust on it covering the entire intake, it was really gross. I would not recommend this place, especially for the high price and not knowing if you're going to get the room they advertise.

The hotel itself is OK, but if I knew what Rimini is like, I would never go there. Water in the sea is green like a swamp, and there is fish in it that bites very painfully, everything is expensive, area is overcrowded, people smoke everywhere all the time, the only food around is pasta, pizza, hamburgers and sea food, public transportation system is the worst I ever saw from the fact that you have to buy tickets in tobacco shops to completely unclear and complicated rules. Fiabillandia is a nice park for small kids, with 95% attractions suitable to 3 year-olds, but even there the only food you can get after 2 PM is ice cream and sandwiches. Completely NOT family friendly. I do not recommend Rimini, especially for family vacation. There are lots of cheaper and better places.

I think we came at a very weird time. The busy season for Rimini is typically May-August, so being there in March was underwhelming. I think we were only two guests out of a total of around eight people in a hotel that usually holds hundreds, so it all felt a bit off. The staff were incredibly helpful, however. We wanted to visit Tavullia which is about a half an hour drive away so we could visit the Valentino Rossi Fan Club and the staff not only found us a private car to take us there, they arranged for the car to come back and pick us up. I was really disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi weren’t open as that was one of the reasons we booked that particular hotel, however it was a lapse on my part as I didn’t fully read the website before booking (being from California, I just assumed that the pool etc would be open year-round.) Overall a decent stay which would have likely been even better had we been there in May, rather than March.

Once you get into September seaside resorts in Italy are much quieter than say Spain for example and Rimini is no different. If you want a huge beach practically to yourself and very warm weather then it's perfect for you. Most restaurants are still open, but the odd one and some bars will have closed for the season. Rimini goes on for miles and really surprised me. The hotel had a nice pool and area around it and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I stayed for a long Weekend to watch the nearby moto gp race. The staff were really nice, welcoming and helpful. There is free on street parking around the hotel and they have a few free bicycles to enable guests to explore the local area. We enjoyed a nice ride along the seafront to Rimini. There is also a bus stop within a few yards to catch the bus into riccione. The beach is lovely and clean and I enjoyed swimming in the sea and soaking up the sun. All in all the hotel was perfect for our needs and I'd happily return.

Beautiful beach hotel superbly run with very helpful, warm & friendly staff where you feel safe and welcomed every time you come in the lobby doors. Good pool and deck with a very attentive helpful pool attendant. This hotel is really clean - everywhere, and the food was just superb - every time; tasteful, creative and enjoyable. Breads and pastas are made in the hotel kitchen. There is nothing like a good chef's food made fresh and this chef is great. It's not too far from the train station. Both long distance and local buses stop out side the entrance. Beach goes on for ever and it's well organised. Great hoilday in a great hotel

What a great staff!!! They helped with everything, including reservations and beach chairs. They have a great restaurant, too, as well as breakfast area. Nice pool, too! Everyone is so nice and treats you like family. The only negative is that it's the last hotel on the block, so it is far from nightlife things, but it is a walking town, so as long as you're up for walking it will work for you.
