The front desk is open daily from 11 AM - 10:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. The property is located in a restricted traffic zone and in the middle of cobblestone stairs (63 steps). Hotel staff can issue a special permit to access the property by car. Guests must provide their vehicle details, including registration number, upon check-in.

The property is closed during December, January, and February.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 18
