Hotel Cosmopolitan was a perfect choice for my stay in Florence. Hotel was within walking distance to the Florence airport and that was very convenient for me. Staff was wonderful! Room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Was able to take my time with an extremely nice breakfast the morning I departed. Will definitely stay with them again! Thank you Hotel Cosmopolitan!

The front desk personnel were courteous, friendly and helpful. They arranged for our taxi rides to the center of town and for early morning pickup which went smoothly. Overall exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel which is 5 minutes to the airport.

The hotel was exactly what we needed before our flight out of Florence the next day. We had an early flight out and had to drop off a car. By taxi, the airport is five minutes away.This hotel was perfect for that. Very well-maintained, super quiet, has a high-end feel, attentive staff, and a very comfortable bed. Staff spoke English. We did not notice good dining options around – except for a convenient little kiosk that sold pretty good sandwiches across the street. Our espresso maker did not work in our room; however, when we left in the morning, the nice man at the front desk was more than happy to make Espresso for us before our taxi arrived. We would stay here again before flying out of the airport.

We stayed mainly due to proximity tk flotrence airport- onf of the most chaotic iN EUROPE, SO WANTED THE QUICK 8 MINUTE RIDE FOR A 7 AM FLIGHT. HOTEL has well equipped, clean though tight rooms. They lack elEctrical outlets.MAKE SURE to have your adapters. Overall an A -

The staff we met with was very nice and friendly. But the ambiance of the hotel is very cold and uninviting. They have confused cold and stark for chic and sophisticated. The showers are designed horribly, the water spigot is right in the middle of the long part of the tub where you stand and you constantly hit your leg.
