Great location! Really close to cortina and tre cime. The room is nothing fancy but has all the essentials and is very clean. The parking is a bit tight has they only have a few official parking spots and you have to park among the trees. Breakfast was different breads/rolls, powdered cooked eggs, bacon pieces, pasteries, 2 cereals, yogurt coffee, and juice. To get to the hotel, there is a dirt road you pull into and then take the right road (not the one that goes down into the canal) to get to it for like a minute or 2.

Avid traveller here, rarely give negative feedback on hotels because I know how hard the staff works. But I had a very disappointing stay. No greetings upon arrival and being schooled about how identity is important in Italy when I mistakenly told the staff my name when the reservation was on my husband's name. This is a common mistake anyone can make in any country while traveling as a family. The food at dinner was extremely overpriced and not even close to being delicious. And just forget the breakfast! The overall atmosphere felt more like a hospital than a hotel—cold and unwelcoming. Rooms were below basic standards with no comfort, and the hallways and dining area were so poorly lit it felt unsafe and unpleasant. Definitely not even close to worth the price.

It was a beautiful & secluded stay on the eastern side of the Dolomites. We loved the property view and watching the cows with their bells. Delicious breakfast was included and lawn chairs on the property to enjoy the views. Great location to access Tre Cime Lavaredo hike, and the nearby towns of Dobbiaco and Cortina!

The property was a little run down. The molding was broken in our room and there was no top sheets on the bed. Some of the staff were very helpful, while others clearly did not like tourists. It was located in a beautiful setting. The WiFi did not work and the breakfast wasn’t that great compared to other hotels we stayed at on this trip. Not a great value for the price we paid.

Not sure how to describe this place. It’s isolated (not necessarily a bad thing) but pretty run down. It looks like a summer camp place, the rooms are super basic and dated. The mattress was truly uncomfortable and the pillow so hard.

Lovely regal building in a beautiful spot. Everything was great, single room had all I needed, comfy, good shower and breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend.
