Hotel Eros

Our stay at Hotel Eros was terrific. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to beaches. The pool was lovely. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel. The ac worked really well. The bed was comfy and room was clean. I enjoyed the light lunch and breakfast options. It’s a plus that you can walk right to acqua calda from the property, a stunning beach with a clear sea. It’s about a 8 minute walk to town/the port. The staff was wonderful and I thank them for a great stay.

While it’s not most luxurious place in the world, it’s a very cozy boutique hotel. The Staff is beyond amazing and helpful, the location is perfect. Ideal place if you want to get away from the civilization and regain your sanity. We did it. Definitely worth it and we will be back

Loved it so much we already plan to come back. Everyone so friendly and kind and helpful, best service with smile and always happy to help. The grounds are perfect, with space to chill and direct access to the beach with thermal water. Breakfast delicious, room very nice with sea view. A bit noisy from the port but we did not mind it. It was so beautiful to watch the vulcano above us. Eros made us to fall in love with this place.

The property is beautiful, with access to the beach. Even better, were the friendly staff members. Great experience. Will be coming back.

It is a lovely hotel in close proximity to the beach and mud pool. Breakfast is good with plenty of variety. The staff are polite and attentive, however, I did not stay in the hotel but on the grounds. I did like the fact that I was at ground level but I would have preferred to be facing directly towards sunshine, the room cabin blocked out the sunshine and was a little dull. Bed linen could've done with refreshing even though I only stayed 2 nights. The top blanket aggravated my skin with the mosquito bites, a thin quilt would've been better. There is access to a spa but costs about 70 euros per day for use of the the pool, spa, and Turkish Bath. I was a little bit disappointed as I would've loved to have used that. If the pool was heated, that would be a nice touch, too.

For a 4 stars hotel the rooms are way too small. The bathroom smells a bit. A 3 stars hotel maybe, not worth the price

Very pleased with the hotel and plan to go back this Spring. Extremely friendly and helpful and in a beautiful location; it's really a mini resort. We stayed only one night after climbing Vulcano. Had a very nice chat with Franco, the owner who can fill you in on where other attractions are in the area as well as giving you an overview of the island. The hotel is very close to the port and an easy walk to restaurants. We went to La Forgia da Maurizzo which is a short walk on the other side of town and is fabulous. BTW, the hotel is not where Google Maps says it is; it's on the other side of the port from the Google location. That was not a problem; my daughter walked over to the hotel and they picked the rest of us up in the hotel van.

We had an interesting four night stay at this hotel. It is a nice place with lovely gardens and patio areas. The room was comfortable and clean. On arrival the main reception staff were very friendly and interested in us and where we came from - it didn't appear that they had had many brits staying there. However, having been persuaded by the staff to sample the hotel restaurant we were then left disappointed and things changed. It was a four course meal for 24 euros which sounds good value. However the portions were tiny and frankly the food was not good. The main course was a cold what appeared to be undercooked sausage with cold potatoes. We did complain and to be fair the hotel did not charge us for the food. However it took them two days to confront us about our bad dining experience and during this time the relationship seemed to turn somewhat frosty which made us feel a little uncomfortable. There is no real bar area and you have to go up to a hatch to a somewhat surly looking girl who speaks no english to get a drink. After our dining experience we opted to eat and drink in the town (see my further comments about restaurants). Vulcano is an interesting place to visit and I would recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness but don't eat there! Breakfast was also disappointing with just a limited cold buffet. Italians seemed to be offered hot food but this did not happen to us until our last day!

超完美住宿，離港口近，不管是哪個方向的景觀都非常的完美，距離沙灘也非常的近，服務人員親切英語流利，早餐豐盛，不可多得的好住宿。

Hotel consigliatissimo. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la professionalità e la spiccata cordialità dello staff, composto da splendide ragazze. Tutto era perfetto e curato nel soddisfare i clienti. Ci siamo trovati così bene che ci torneremo presto.

Tres bon séjour dans cet hotel qui donne directement sur la plage pour une baignade dans les fumeroles. Le cadre est enchanteur Tout comme la gentillesse du personnel. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
