Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, the drinks were amazing and the staff was a delight. I absolutely love the fact that we were able to sleep in peace with no outside noise. If I go back to Florence, I would definitely stay at this hotel again

This is an excellent hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was quite good. It is in a very quiet area so sleeping was easy, but it is still close enough to all the attractions and rests to be walkable. We definitely plan to be back.

The Horto Convento Hotel is truly a hidden gem in the Borgo San Frediano neighborhood located in a residential extremely safe neighborhood just on the other side of the Arno. From the moment we checked in the staff couldn’t be nicer. Cherish the desk manager was always accommodating friendly and professional. Breakfast was typical continental fare and perfect to start the day. Our room was small but extremely clean and perfect for our stay. Make sure you have a drink at the lobby bar. Adam the bartender will certainly become your new favorite bartender. A true gentleman and just a great guy. Be sure to ask him about the neighborhood restaurants where the “locals” eat for a great experience. The hotel is a short walk to everything you want to see and you will definitely get in your steps. Well worth it if you don’t mind walking. It’s really a great way to relax and take in this amazing City. Hotel is also a short cab ride from any where in city so no issue there. Highly recommend this hotel
