The hotel was very nice but as other reviewers mentioned the views from the room are limited since there are other buildings nearby. However the view from the pool on the top floor was spectacular! Breakfast was also there and it was just heaven. The beauty of the mountains and lake could not be beat. The room was also nice and had everything you would need. Modern and clean. Service was wonderful. We would come back!

We had a great time here. Staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast on the room by the pool was fantastic. Excellent views from the roof are the highlight. Nice rooms with good facilities. Well maintained.

The rooftop bar was wonderful with superb views and great nightly entertainment. The front desk and other service personnel were great and very helpful and friendly. Underground parking was a bonus! A little additional lighting in the room would be the only thing wanting. But overall a super place to stay.

Little to know air conditioning in room. Staff reset a/c but did not change result. No WiFi during stay. Was out of servile. No mini refrigerator in room. Surprising for a 4+ star hotel. Only view of lake with a view of other rooftops of course, is on the rooftop which is beautiful and breakfast was lovely.

The people were very nice. Mr. Tonnelli was exceptionally helpful. The hotel amenities were marvelous. The hotel was new and in the newer part of town. Depends on what you like as to whether that is good or bad. Close to the beach. But a good walk to the ferry and the historical part of town. Overall a very good experience.

This hotel was very modern with good facilities. The breakfast choice was good and their rolling toaster was fast (most are v.slow). It has a happy hour for drinks on the roof terrace plus night time entertainment. It's about a 1km (10-15 min) walk into the main centre of Riva.

Have just had the most fantastic time. Fabulous hotel and the staff were very helpful (especially Paulo ). Loved the sky bar at night especially the Kristal Collins cocktail and the very romanic Friday night dinner on the roof terrace. Really couldn't fault the hotel. The location was great just a 10 min walk into Riva or the hotel kindly have the service of a minibus. Would recommend this hotel and this region of the lake.

The hotel was definitely one of the better ones in Riva del Garda. It looked newer and bigger than the rest. As in most of Europe during the summer the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The breakfast was included but very poor, the corridors had an old carpet and no a/c (like in most of Europe). We arrived at night and nobody helped us with our luggage to our room. Also, when we plugged in something to an outlet in the room the power went out so we had to go downstairs and get someone to help us out. They were able to fix the problem. They did give us a free upgrade to a room on the fifth floor which was nice as we were celebrating our honeymoon. The room was big that was definitely a plus. They also had a plate of mediocre fruit and prosecco as compliments for our honeymoon. The hotel does not have a view of the lake, from the terrace you can see the lake but it's a limited view.
