Fabulous location in a quiet and safe area about a 7-10min walk to Termini train station. Walkable to all parts of Rome if you enjoy walking. 1-hour walk to Vatican City and about 30min walk to Trevi Fountain and Roman Ruins etc. Breakfasts are delicious and ample. They have a sister hotel virtually 2-doors down that makes wonderful coffee too. Very reasonably priced. Very friendly, helpful and effective staff. Highly recommend!

One block from train station was key for us. A huge perk that I did not know about was the three daily free tours of attractions in Rome. Well worth while.

Small, but comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast with a lot of options, excellent , corteous and friendly staff. The hotel is located at a 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini. The only downside: after 11 pm any inconvinient would need to be solved throught their sister hotel next door. Nothing difficult ( they gave us a code to open the main door of the building)but I think it is something every guest should know before booking. In general, it is a good option for a short stay in Rome.

Room was comfortablecand clean. Reception and hotel felt very dated and rundown. Felt a little unsafe with homeless people lying in the street. Plus side, very close to the main train station.

A few of us stayed here, different rooms, different feedback. I had a room for 3 and it was fine. Basic and clean, comfy bed. My companions had smaller rooms. One was dirty, hair in sink and bath etc. I think it might be potluck what you get. Its near the station so be extra vigilent.

It was a last minute reservation for us but everything was perfect! Skeptical in the beginning due to review posted but turned out the place was acceptable! The room was very clean, spacious for the two of us. The reception guy, Praveen was super polite and provided us with ample suggestions and breakfast option (since we need to leave earlier than the breakfast serving time) to enhance our experience even for a night but unfortunately we didnt have enough time. Would be happy to join if we have extra time.

Good breakfast but thats it. Run down, dirty floors, peeling paint in rooms. Old furniture, doors, fixtures. Heavy cleaning product smells, not good for someone with allergies or asthma. Overpriced with poor service. Had to check out early and they would not provide any refund.

The hotel is very clean and close to Roma Termini. The area near hotel is clean and close to good restaurants. The hotel also offers a good breakfast. The only negative was the bed was hard and pillows flat, so I didn’t sleep comfortable.

Good standard room, Breakfast was great typical italian with extras. Very close to train station and metros which had pros and cons. Great for transport however due to the area a bit run down towards train station. But can walk in the other direction for great gellato and restaurants.

Room was a little small, but the great air conditioning made up for it! Nice and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast. The chef even had a special gluten free basket of goodies each morning for my son and I!
