The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Check in was a breeze however we were surprised that our room was in the “annex” in the next block. A helpful staff member helped us get there with our luggage.

A lovely hotel close to the train station. Very convenient for transport links. Friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast, and nice rooms with good sound proofing.
It is in a more functional part of the city so don’t expect fantastic views, but the hotel more than makes up for that.

This is our second stay at this property and we love it. The Rome Termini is within walking distance. The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small but clean and with all the necessary amenities. Definitely recommend it! They even assured pick up to and from airport (xtra fee) but the arranged all the logistics! Love it!

The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the train station. We did get awaken due to street noise in the middle of the night. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE! we booked a 1 night stay for our last day in Rome at this "4 star" hotel. This place should barely be worthy of 3 stars.
Our room was located a block away from the Hotel, in a seedy looking building. They advertise 5 floors of rooms, but that seems to be their main building. They seem to have rented out and lightly renovated a side building, not even close to the hotel itself.
The room itself was incredibly cramped, with torn, dirty carpet padding on the walls and a claustrophobic bathroom. The shower was dirty and had no hot water (we didn't call the concierge because it was past 12am at the time).
The area around the hotel feels unsafe, broken beer bottles and garbage strewn around the street.
The hotel advertises having a gym, but rather they are contracted with a very barebones facility in another hotel.
The 2 concierge we dealt with gave us conflicting information about the taxi service and either were not knowledgable or willing to help with providing an alternative to taxi (they called and said taxis would be hard to get and we had to ask them repeatedly for an alternative before they mentioned a direct train line).
The only redeeming quality was that the bed was fairly comfortable

The property is in a very good location with excellent connect to Metro nearby and restaurants. The hotel is unfortunately not the standard I would have expected for 4 stars. Room cupboards were dusty. shower gels were not replaced and when asked for iron, the iron stand was probably 10 years old and did not function.

If you can evade this hotel defenetlly do it.
The staff at the front desk seems very helpfull and cheerfull, until the moment they have to deliver. They sold me airport transportation, It never arrived and they charged cash and would not return the money.
The wifi never works, the floor of the room is extreamlly dirty, the neghbourhood os very dangerous (words of the bell boy) the rooms are on a diferent buikding and it is very dangerous after 10pm.
