The breakfast menu was great, lots of options. The location was good. I would however, cut down the bushes on the rooftop so you can enjoy the view without standing on a chair. otherwise, the stay was very enjoyable.

Clean room, nice staff. We needed to be near the termini station and it’s very close, but a little far from city attractions. The amenities were just okay, there was a shampoo but not conditioner. Pretty simple. Breakfast was just okay, nothing fancy. It’s a good stay overall for our purposes.

First major issue. No air conditioning. We opened the windows hoping that would help. Then comes the second problem. Terrible neighbourhood. It’s incredibly noisy (being next to Roma termini) and we couldn’t sleep properly for all the 3 days we stayed there. We could see people fighting and throwing bottles at each other in the nearby street (at mid night as we couldn’t catch any sleep and looking out the window what was going on)

Breakfast was not good at all. Not fresh. All sugar coated and jelly filled crossants that taste old. Room had a great decor but the whole hotel smell like some kind of sewerage smell. Staff was great and fiendly. They need make the brreakfast better and do somewhat about smell in hotel.

The Palladium Palace Hotel in Rome is a beautiful property with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is convenient, relatively close to Roma Termini train station, which makes arriving and departing very easy. It is also within walking distance of the historic center, although it is a bit farther than some central hotels. Overall, the hotel is elegant and well maintained, and the stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not operating because it was considered outside the summer season, which made the room a little warm at times. Aside from that detail, it is a very good option in Rome, especially for travelers who value larger rooms and proximity to the main train station.

The beds were comfortable. Nicely located near the train and metro station. The staff were incredibly kind, especially when my husband wasn’t feeling well. They checked on him whenever they saw me and were more than willing to arrange anything we may need. I would definitely stay here again.
