Lovely. Great services. Great location.

Nice breakfast with gluten free options. Unfortunately, the check in was terrible. Guy at the reception was unpleasant and ignorant. Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. One is tired and let alone has forgotten something in the car.. Fortunately, lovely lady at the reception called Neve has smoothed things up in the morning. Just that the night staff spoiled what otherwise would have been a fantastic experience.

Great location - directly located in the old town. Really nice views of the lake with an outdoor terrace. Parking is about a 10 minute walk or you can get a shuttle. Breakfast was very average (not the best).

We loved every moment here. Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, lovely restaurant and bar and helpful staff. We will be going back

The bar and breakfast were lovely, the staff were extremely helpful, I was able to hire a bike very easily. All round a very relaxing and lovely stay.

Reasonable experience at Hotel Sirmione Terme. Pros: Spectacular location Delicious breakfast included Spacious rooms by European standards Cons: Somewhat dated Uncomfortable bedding Indifferent, relatively unhelpful, front desk staff and poor communications Overall, great value for money, but it is February. If it were August and I was paying $500/night, this review would look very different....

Excellent hotel, the location is central to restaurants & transport for lake cruise or drive to other parts of Lake Garda. The thermal pool & other activities are first class. Recommended hotel.

Excellent location right by Lake Garda. The only negative was that our room was located by the street side so it was extremely loud even closing the windows.

Hotel was nice and it is in a beautiful area. Very easily walkable to all the sights and nice restaurants and the available warm outdoor pool was a great way to relax in the evening

Spent a very pleasant week here. We chose it because of its proximity to the ferry terminal, and it was perfect for this. The hotel was great and we do recommend it. I'd have given it full marks except for the sulphorous smell of the thermal spa which permeates the public areas of one of the two buildings making up the hotel. It's not a show stopper, but it's something to be aware of. Many positives though - the staff were nice, as was the room, and also the dining room. Sitting outside on the terrace in the evening sunshine with a drink, overlooking the lake, was lovely.

Excellent service , great location . just the building is old and traditional so it can look a bit old fashioned . However I did enjoy my stay there

Staff was annoyed with any questions, very unfriendly and not at all customer service oriented. We asked for a bucket of ice and were told that next time they will charge us room service. Waiters at breakfast took forever to take an order. Breakfast was bad. Hallways were very run down and dirty.

Really nice hotel right on the waters edge in Sirmione. We stayed for 3 nights in a room with a lake view. If you’re taking a car then drop a line to the hotel who will arrange parking at a large car park about 300 meters from the hotel. It’s about £10 per 24 hours and you get a complimentary chauffeured ‘stretch’ Golf Buggy which delivers you and any luggage direct to the hotel. If you travel ‘light’ it’s only about an 8 minute walk. The ‘Lake View’ part of our room was an added extra which I wouldn’t bother with again as you had to climb out your bedroom and look over a brick wall to see the lake and over the 3 days we saw the lake morning, noon and night. Can’t decide whether room was a bit dated or fitted in with the decor of the hotel, bit of unsightly mould around the shower but other than that room was very clean, (maid was daily). Biggest issue but not the biggest deal in the world was the lack of plug sockets, 1 behind the TV (being used by the TV) and the only other one in the bathroom (!). This made charging phones etc a bit problematic. Hotel staff were helpful and super friendly. Included ‘Free’ Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice but omelettes and poached eggs etc came at an additional price. The outdoor pool and spa is in a separate building opposite with the pool being a bit tight for space, you’d do well to just turn up and get a sun-bed, yet alone 2. There are however alternative places to sit, the spa guy/girl are happy to get you drinks from

Great location - very comfortable and clean . All staff very attentive - thermal spa and wellbeing centre such an added bonus. Loved the whole stay and experience.

Fantastic location but very dated hotel. Its uniqueness is that it is 2 buildings across a pedestrian walkway with the main spa/pool facilities in one of the hotels. Staff not as friendly as experienced at other hotels.
