Staff were friendly and helpful. Walkable to Colleseum. Staff also help call taxis which arrive within minutes. Good coffee shop close by. Comfy beds and quirky elevator. Shower was small but everything clean.

This was a great place to stay while we were in Rome. It's centerally located and about a 15 minute walk from termini station and 7 or so minutes from the A Line Metro station. The room we stayed in was a little small but it was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable though you may want to ask for an extra blanket. The one on the bed was a little thin. As a bigger dude the shower was definitely small but I made it work. The staff was super friendly. The front desk worker walked us up to our room upon check in and showed us the features of the room. The staff we interacted with all spoke english well so it was easy to communicate. There are a few restaurants close by to the hotel that have great food. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't available during our stay but we didn't mind. Overall I think we would stay here agai if we make it back to Rome.

The smallest shower i have even been in. I dont even know how a person is suppose to bend over and clean their feet in there. Elevator can take awhile. The bed is extremely uncomfortable

I've been here before, and it's a nice 3 star boutique hotel. I do miss the continental breakfast that used to be here. Otherwise, it's a nice place and convenient to the Termini train station.

The property is in an excellent location and the staff was nice and friendly - even printed stuff out for us. However, the rooms are outdated, the AC does not actually work (just blows minimum air) and the elevator is ancient and only worked once - had to carry our stuff 5 floors up and down.

Excellent city centre hotel at a reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable with very efficient AC which was much needed given how hot Rome was. Loads of bars and cafes nearby, and a handy supermarket just across the road. The Colosseum is a 15 minute walk away.

Our family had an enjoyable stay in this property. The check in was easy and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioned nicely. Location was very good, it was walkable to some major attractions approximately 15 minutes. Recommended.
