Its a nice hotel,it would be better if they can fix the wifi,you have to connect in the lobby cause you cannot connect in the room.

The room is very small and difficult to manage suitcases and personal items inside. For the cost we expected a bit larger room but it was clean and the staff was helpful.

We booked a family room and when we arrived at night and were check in a room we didn’t like, so we were moved to another room, with a wobbly toilet seat, the lamps were dusty and spider webs on the ceiling. Air con was not at its best. Breakfast was alright. But they could have done better with the rate they charge per night. Thumbs up to Jovana at the reception she been nice to us.

Room was spacious, quiet, clean. Location is near all the hot tourist spots. Bathroom was very modern and well appointed. Housekeeping was very attentive. Very modern decor.

Good for price

If you like your room at about 100 degrees you will love this hotel otherwise avoid at all costs.

The air conditioning did not work our room was 100 degrees and we were extremely sick after staying here.

Awesome 24/7 staff, good breakfast, and good room

The girl that works front desk as the receptionist id a robot that didnt know what to do to help even the slightest bit. My hotel room was very very small. The shower made me feel like i was in a tight phone booth it was so small. Lack of amenities. dirty/gross floor. and the cleaning crew knocking on my door aggressively more than once was highly unappreciated @ 10am, one hour before my check out. And speaking of the cleaning crew, please tell your cleaning crew to keep the noise level down in the morning when some of guests are trying to sleep. All that slamming of doors and knocking stuff over loudly was very annoying. And, i wont even go into detail on how they lock the front door on your at the hotel after midnight so if you go out to party, you gotta wait for somebody to come open the door for you which isnt a hotel but more like a boarding school with such a rule. This place is awful

This hotel is actually a little gem … however, just after I had arrived for a 6 night stay … a group of maybe 15-20 teenagers arrived and were there for the same time. They were very badly mannered and were so noisy all the time they were there … partying til 4 am most nights causing so much noise and shouting down corridors, banging doors and just behaving so badly. When I approached the reception they told me that they expected to be noise after 10pm … and indeed there were notices up to that effect … however they seemed incapable or reluctant to do anything about the chaos that ensued every night. It really was intolerable, and so disappointing given the price I had paid for the break. I also could not understand why the reception kept turning off my air conditioning … without me asking and without them telling me. Given the extremely hot weather and the very hot communal areas and corridors the air conditioning was essential. Finally, breakfast … practically every day the Coffee / hot water machine wasn’t working … and was told to use one of the other machines … only wanted hot water for a cup of tea … the staff looked at me in horror that I should want a cup of tea for breakfast … one member of staff boiled some water for me on a couple of days … but I think she will have got in to trouble for doing so as she was doing it as a favour for me. Very disappointing as I believe the hotel is on a good location and could be extremely good. Not good on guest satisfaction

The room was very very small and without fridge. The price in comparison with facilities was very high.

Breakfast was included, but on booking it said it was extra!

Very close to the train but far from the city center and the neighborhood is not the best.

This is our first trip to Rome. And the stay here couldn’t have gone more wonderfully. Everyone from front of house to the house keeping team were so kind and friendly. Our rooms were kept in tip-top condition whilst we were out. We came back to remade beds mopped floors refill on toiletries and fresh towels wow. Breakfast buffet was plenty with vegetarian options and great coffee and seating area. I can’t wait to book here again! Do remember to leave your keys at front of house so they can tidy up for you and bring around €40 for your city tax for roughly 3 nights stay. Taxi from here to Ciampino airport is approx €30 euro and Rome central waking is about 30 min walk. Termini station is 15 min walk. It’s perfectly aligned to get you where you need to be.

The property was very nice the staff very supportive and helpful. The room was nice the beds very uncomfortable and the walls paper thin heard every thing from neighbors. The guests did not observe the quiet after 10pm signs. I would stay there again though for the staff alone and the cleanliness!
