A 4-story hotel with no elevator and a small staircase. Late check-out fine > 7 PM = 50 Euros Government tax 6 Euros/person/night Free airport pickup upon confirmation The front desk is not 24 hours, only 8 AM - 7 PM. No calls from the room to the front desk. Taxi booking to the airport must be made one day in advance. The owner of VM Hotel tried to contact us but was unsuccessful because the contact number of a Chinese travel agent was given, not Traveloka. Was Traveloka acting as a broker or using a Chinese travel agent to purchase VM Hotel vouchers??? We were fined for not being able to confirm our booking and for checking out late.
