A good hotel in the best area. Clean. Big room and bathroom . Possibility to make tea and coffee in the room. Hotel is a bit outdated,but very good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here.The location is absolutely fantastic, nestled in a vibrant, walkable area filled with charming shops and delightful restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. I can’t wait to return and will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends.

Parking a problem

Great location. Across from a good restaurant. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately via Roma has many siren from emergency vehicles.

we liked it; however, improvements are needed. AC needs to be stronger for how hot the city is. Breakfast was amazing.

Good location, basic, clean and good service. Catered for the typical City visit. Would advise to use hotel parking €15 or on the street(free). local paid parking is ripp off. €30 a day and very rude.

The air conditioning unit did NOT cool the room to a comfortable level to get a good night sleep.

Room was small but adequate. It was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Not too fancy but bread and baked goods were good. Hotel is conveniently located and very close to airport shuttle service.

Hotel is located on a busy street. It is very noisy even late at night. However it is conveniently located within walking distance to politeama airport shuttle bus drop off. The room and bathroom look very tired and old. The water drainage in the shower and sink is slow.

The rooms are very sparsely furnished. There is a general lack of storage. The elevators are quite small. Breakfast is one redeeming feature.

Would I stay there again… yes. That being said, there were issues with the room door. It felt loose and there was no way to secure it from inside. The shower was ridiculously small. The entire bathroom could be enlarged easily without sacrificing any usable space in the room. The curtains fell off the track… they should be replaced. The highlight of our stay was the staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant.

Nice size room and bathroom

The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. Italy is generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is sufficient cost performance.

The only positive thing is the location. All the rest is disappointing. Bad maintenance of the rooms amenities, bad water flowing in the showers, we couldn't sleep due the bed was so bad

Property is in a good location, walkable to most of the major sites and the breakfast is quite nice. The condition of the property is a little disappointing (quite outdated with some obvious maintenance issues, shower wouldn't drain for example) although the bed was comfortable and the TV had been replaced. The cleaning of the room wasn't great either and there was still dust in obvious areas. The rooms are also not well soundproofed and the noise from the road is still quite loud even from the 4th floor.

Helpful desk staff. Nice breakfasr buffet.

The staff was friendly, parking was easy to get to. Close to many historical sites and restaurants. The upgraded room with a roof top patio was great with view to the street. Property was quiet and the breakfast had many options.

It was a great value for the money I paid! A good location, great food, friendly staffs... the restaurant staffs do not speak English very well, so we felt a little inconvenient in the beginning, but they were very kind and attentive and we were happy in the end!

I do not recommend, very small room for 4 persons, old bathroom facilities, small and old TV, very old furniture, unexpected for a 4 * Ibis hotel. I paid 100 EUR/night for 2 * conditions. I told them it didn’t look like what I saw in the pictures but they said it was Expedia’s fault
