The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM. The front desk hours vary at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Reception hours are 7:30 AM-7 PM from October to March, and 7:30 AM- 10 PM from April to September. Check-in hours are 2 PM-7 PM from October to March and 2 PM-10 PM from April to September. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
