Don't be fooled by the exterior look. The hotel is quality outstanding: modern, absolutely friendly staff, spectacular buffet breakfast, five stars restaurant and bistro bar, pool and... private beach!!!

Everything was excellent. The check in was great very friendly staff. Only complaint: we checked out and wanted to hang out by the pool and beach until our departure time. The lifeguards were very rude. Would not let us sit on the chairs and refused to give my son a towel. We stayed there! They should have treated us like guests.

The bus pass is the only reason we stay here. They never upgrade and the beach isn’t attractive and the incoming tide is polluted, but hiking nearby is very good. The pool is ok and keeps kids occupied. The restaurants are strangely expensive, we tried one last year and poured our own wine, though $20000 bottles were on the menu. Front desk had no information to share about bus or hikes. Which if fine though unusual for so many stars. The breakfast is ok but coffee line…ugh…just serve the coffee please. We decided next time to take the extra train and stay closer to hiking and a cleaner beach.

The swimming pool and beach are amazing. Breakfast was really nice. I did not like the room. Very run down and the bedding was terrible. I booked the room based on 4 star to celebrate my daughter’s end of school. I had to have a room change due to the seal on the back door would not close. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The new room I got had a ceiling leak and it rained overnight. The leak ruined food gifts that I picked up during my two week vacation in France and Italy. The property would be perfect if they would fix their rooms.

After not very glorious arrival, when the staff person at the parking lot willingly mislead us to park inside (10 euro a night) insisting the outside is equal price (it is free) - and receptionist solved it that we did not have to pay and then for the rest of time we parked outside, the rest of the stay was okay. Some staff were great, some were mediocre (but this is ok). The cleaning lady on our floor was awesome. Breakfasts were awesome. Sushi dinner great. Room facing the sea was great. Overall we like it, except for the last night when there was a wedding in the hotel. Fireworks right under a window at 23:00? This was fine. But another fireworks at 2:00 am? Shame. Disrupted night, bad sleep with next day morning departure.

Lovely hotel. 3 star with potential to be 4 star. Only allowed to use beach and pool facilities on day of check in - ridiculous. Charged crazy prices for water in room. Staff are friendly but lady at check out very grumpy and sour. A Smile Would go a Long way. Not sure how staff working in a hotel aren’t taught this. Room somewhat basic and lots of dust behind furniture - disgusting. House keeping should know to move tables to clean behind. Again this is basic. On the plus side on the beach with easy beach access. Lovely poolside bar

We had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Beautiful room. Great for parking the car. The only disappointment was that the restaurant we would have like to try was closed on the Monday and on the Tuesday was booked out at lunch and dinner for a private function. ( we stayed Monday and Tuesday night)
