Simple clean and lovely staff

Beautiful grounds and pool with historical feel. Staff provided good breakfast and willing to prepare eggs, if requested. Assigned us a larger room with adequate walk-in shower. We didnt like the flat, uncomfortable pillows, and requested 2 additional ones.

We stayed in this hotel as it was somewhat close to Bari airport. The hotel is in an industrial area and when we went to the swimming pool was not in use. Other than that, it was clean and well maintained, however the decor is quite dated.

Worst experience with a hotel in my life. I arrive late i let the gotel kniw they keep me waiting for 2.30 hours naobady was at the recption. After 2.30 hours the recepcionist get awake from the room were he was sleeping and dont even apoligize. Incredible not security the doors were open thw computers printes all turn on lights in a deserted reception. Incredible!! First time in my life

Lovely full service hotel that, although in an industrial area, is comfortable, charming and accommodating. Loved Simona from the front desk, who was so sweet and helpful, plus full of a bubbling personality! The grounds are beautiful, and hotel immaculate. Only suggestion would be an upgrade in the breakfast offering (which "came" with the room).

The room did not have the advertised number of beds. Even when I complained, the new room still did not have the master and two smaller beds. Restaurant was not open Saturday night, but for E12, we had wonderful antipasti and vino rosso della casa. It was nice of them to make arrangements for us, but no restaurants were available before 8:30. The staff was accomodating, but when I asked to take a biscotti for the trip home for the children, I was not allowed. I think most of the problems were because of my English and little Italian. I'm glad I had the Hotels.com site still loaded into the iPad so I could show the desk clerk my reservation and get a better room. Wifi does not reach into the room. 20m from the common area. It only seems to work near the front desk. I am thinking that the hotel would be absolutely wonderful in the high summer season with the two restaurants and lots of tenants. But in the off season of winter/early spring, the pool was not operational, and the hotel seemed to still be getting ready for the coming season, they weren't ready for us.

Clean rooms and nice surrondings, but breakfast was very simple, and we had to ask the staff to refill. Poolarea is good, but the nagging for swimhats and that they close the pool for cleaning mid-day (independent of use) sort of destroy our holidays. Felt more like a burden than spending guests. Not going back there.

Var ikke så fornøyd ved ankomst siden hotellet lå litt langt fra flyplassen og taxituren dit var dyr. Men dagen etter fikset daglig leder Mr Massimo nytt rom og sørget for å gjøre oppholdet så bra som mulig. Han var svært imøtekommende og hjalp med henting og sjekking av buss/tigtider da jeg de første dagene var uten bil. Frokosten er italiensk med mye søte kaker, men fikk litt grønnsaker til eggerøre da jeg spurte

It is very nice with modern new furniture. The pool is also very nice. Everything is very clean and a beautiful facility. The staff was also really nice. I would come back immediately.

Hotels.com skriver, at dette er et luksushotel - det er det ikke! Værelset var nyt, rent og generelt rigtig flot, men resten af hotellet outdated og kedeligt. Morgenmaden var desværre også virkelig kedelig med et lille udvalg, som ikke varierede de tre morgener, vi spiste der. Poolområdet var dejligt, og der var nok solsenge. Dog var der en del skimmelsvamp at spore på fliserne i poolen. Vær opmærksom på at der skal bruges svømmecap, hvis du har planer om at bade.

Ottima struttura sufficiente nella ristorazione

Un hôtel très agréable, avec des services de grande qualité. La piscine est un vrai atout très appréciable. Les chambres sont de taille suffisantes et en très bon état. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et également de qualité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
