This place is beautiful from what we were able to see. I was not able to see the entire property because I didn't book a spa package, I didn't because I was staying only one day and figure a relaxing hot tub and a indoor pool would due. When I booked the stay nothing states that the pool and hot tub were not included with my purchase. The property has three pool of I'm not mistaken. One should be available for everyone. It's hard to get food in this area, and the food on the property is only part of the packages.BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BOOK. Also Expedia customer are supposed to receive a spa treatment of some sort that was a joke. All we received was a facial packet.

The staff was great. Hotel is beautiful. Buffet was good but would’ve liked more protein options. Room service was mid. Not many options and the food lacked flavor. Spa was nice. A little crowded. Didn’t enjoy that the robes came in basically 2 sizes “men or women” size. People come in all shapes and sizes so accommodating the big and tall should be a good idea. The other guests at the hotel were incredibly rude and I felt very uncomfortable with eye rolls and stares. Spoke to another American couple and they felt the same energy from the guests. Wouldn’t return.

We stayed at QC for an 18 hour layover in Rome. It was the most perfect place to spend our short time in Italy. The hotel is about 2 miles from the airport but you feel like you’re in the Italian Countryside. Upon entering the grounds you see the beautiful buildings and a greeted by a lovely staff. Check in took two minutes and then we were off to our room to quickly change and head off to the spa. Upon entering the room you are surprised by its charm and character. The spa is so relaxing and it was so nice to have an Italian experience because the majority of people were Italians who had come for the day. We enjoyed the many outdoor large jacuzzi tubs and then we headed inside to enjoy the different options. I loved the scented Turkish steam bath and the waterfall showers. We spent about two hours relaxing and then went to our room to get ready for dinner at the absolutely gorgeous restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we were able to relax beside the warm fire next to our table. After a good nights sleep we went to get coffee at the lobby building but got a bit confused and asked the waiter at the restaurant where to go. We knew that we were going to miss our breakfast because it only opened at 7:30 and we need3d to leave at 7:45. Horacio, the sweetest guy, invited us in to enjoy the breakfast buffet at 7 even though it wasn’t officially open. The buffet was spectacular and Horacio was a dream refilling our coffees before we had a chance to ask.

We found this hotel to be odd. Not bad, but not great either. While on the surface, it seemed luxurious, there were quite a few things that showed it was much more show than substance. The food at dinner was okay, but not great. They had a happy hour, but only offered one red and one white wine, neither of which I could drink (and you had to wear a robe to it too). The robes were nice, but they didn't have any in a large enough size for my husband. The shower door didn't close completely, so we got water all over the bathroom without realizing it until stepping out. We got a couples massage that was more of a rub down that a true massage. While individually, these things seem trivial, added up they led to us being disappointed.

Nice property with very nice and attentive staff. We got a room upgrade because of the VIP status which made our stay a lo more enjoyable. The VIP status doesn't give you free access to spa, even though it says it does. It only gives you 2 free facial masks.

Expedia offer 1 free spa service for 2 per stay is not available! They substitute it for a face masks. Property is nice with beautiful touches. Good breakfast! Horrible experience with dinner. Very high prices not worth it (nor food nor service). Servers brought a bread to the table. No olive oil! In Italy! In 5 star hotel!?? Really? We ordered one appetizer and 4 main dishes. Appetizer came with 3 main dishes, and my husband had to eat his dish when we all already finished with our dinner. We were rushed out of the restaurant as our table was cleaned while we were still sitting. Unbelievable! Probably will return to the resort, but definitely NOT to the restaurant for dinner. I should of read previous reviews for it before!

A true gem next to Fiumicino airport. Set in an a lovely park, surrounded by old tall trees, a lovely country house turned hotel. Impressive thermal facilities both indoor and outdoor. Super courteous stuff. I had a very good massage as well. Worth staying even when one doesn’t have to spend the night in between flights.
