Amazing new suite room on 3rd floor - 301 - spacious, spotlessly clean, lovely large bed and sofa bed, double balcony with stunning views of the lake and a teapot for breakfast - perfect! Lovely friendly receptionist showed me where I could do some ironing!! Loved it!

The hotel itself and the people who worked there were fantastic, the downsides were the air-conditioning was shockingly bad (despite asking for it to be sorted twice) and the car park took me 30minutes to get out of in a Fiat 500... Absolute nightmare

Wow! TWO pleasant surprises at one time. First being the town of Riva del Garda and this beautiful part of Lake Garda and secondly this medium sized hotel which may not have some of the fancy facilities and snooty waiters other hotels in the area have but what they do have are a very polite, helpful staff, clean recently renovated modern rooms (1st with terrace & 2nd floor with balcony), lake views, a good location, delicious breakfast served on the top floor with a spectacular view of Lake Garda. For the money, by far the best place we stayed on our 6 week trip. Only negatives were parking is limited and WiFi signal was weak. We enjoyed our stay so much that we tried to extend for 3 more days but sadly the Hotel was completely full so had to move to another hotel at twice the price and a much smaller, dated room with a small balcony and questionable Lake view. Hotel Riviera is a bargain in this beautiful area of Italy.

Great location about a 3 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the train station and downtown Cannes. Good breakfast selection and the on site pools, spas and steam bath are a great way to relax and unwind. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice friendly service at this family-run hotel. Unfortunately, the beds were very hard and the pillows were cheap foam hard things that I would never have one of my guests sleep on! Good location. If they would refurbish and invest in some nice beds, this would be a gem.

Enjoyable 5 nights at hotel riviera. Staff very happy to help. Good price for a comfortable stay. It's just a shame it's so close to the main road. Noisy to sit out on balcony and near pool but quiet inside room at night.

Extremt dåliga parkeringar, vi hade ställt oss som man skulle på en vanlig parkering men bara för att en av gästerna var dumma nog att ställa den största bilen på den trängsta parkeringen så var vi tvungna och gå ner och ställa oss på laddplatsen och riskera att få böter. Fick heller inte äta vad man ville på frukosten då en av de anställda sa att jag inte fick äta frukten ur fruktskålen. Synd eftersom att hotellet i sig och läget var fint.

Wir hatten herrliche Tage in diesem super Hotel. Das Highlight war jedesmal Frühstücken mit allem was das Herz begehrt auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Einfach ein WOW-Effekt. Ebenso ist die gegenüberliegende Pool-Oase des Hotels ein absoluter Traum. Unser Dreizimmer mit Balkon war sehr geräumig. Hatten zwar keinen Seeblick, aber dennoch eine schöne Aussicht. Fußläufig ist alles gut erreichbar, Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon.

Die Zimmer sind vollkommend endsprechend, die Lage ist gut für uns, für ein Paar für einen Bike-Urlaub ist es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Garage für die Räder ist vorhanden. Das Highlight vom Hotel ist die Terrasse zum Frühstücken. Einfach top, wenn der Tag so beginnt!!!! Die einzige Kritik: 2 Matratzen als Doppelbett, die auseinander rutschen und nicht so komfortabel sind, als eine gewohnte Doppelmatratze! Leider immer wieder.... Aber das Hotel ist top. Nettes Personal und schönes und sauberes Zimmer mit 5 Sterne Deluxe Aussicht beim echt guten Frühstück mit viel Angebot für jeden! Es war toll und jederzeit wieder!
