Great hotel. First it is a great location, really easy to walk to across Rome or a short taxi. The rooms are pretty nice size when you get a family room, A/C is super cold and works great, which is important for Rome in the Summer! Breakfast was also fantastic, really good food. I appreciate the gluten free extras for family members that have to eat gluten free. All around a great spot. Small hotel, but nice sized rooms, and very modern.

Small hotel but very clean and lovely. Breakfast was good!! Only thing I noticed was it took forever to wait for the elevator. Luckily we were on the 1st floor and we used the stairs most of the time.

Location wasn’t too bad - 20+ min walk to main tourist attractions of Rome. Some restaurants in the immediate area but not a great deal of choice. Rooms were clean and well serviced but we did have to put up with some construction noise on our floor. Good breakfast but no water or ice available at any other time of the day. Rooftop bar was a lovely setting but quite expensive.

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Convenient location, easy to walk to most touristic sites and train station. Overall a great experience. Staff can be a little prickly, making check-in and check-out process less than ideal.

The whole hotel has only one small lift serving 6 floors.
No water fountain or complimentary water.

Hotel staff were amazing as was the breakfast. The hotel is a little further from most of Rome’s attractions. Lots of really good dining options just a block away. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

This hotel was in a great location, walking distance to all the major attractions. We were able to check in 2 hours early (noon) and the rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was really great as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room was very quiet (stayed in a room for 4 people, two twins pushed together and a full size pull out couch). Beds were comfy, air conditioning was good. It was very hoot during our visit. Breakfast was satisfying and served promptly. Upstairs lounge was not operating during our stay. Staff was relatively friendly. Would stay here again. Although we liked the neighborhood, it was always a guaranteed walk.

Can not comment on the guardian hotel, after walking for 20 minutes in 36 degree heat we got told there was no space for us and we got moved to their sister hotel, whilst the other hotel was nice and probably better I don’t see a world where it is acceptable for this to happen and then be told they were too busy to let us know in advance, the staff themselves were nice and helpful but the situation was poor

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in Rome of April 25'. We had a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice and clean with excellent daily service. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. the rooftop bar was excellent.
