This was a great property with lovely rooms, nice staff, good restaurant. Location is ok if you have a car. Great parking with either outside or underground for a small fee. Not close to town so you need a car or transportation to get to town. Not really a walkable location to see anything. But overall a great place to stay while visiting this area.

This is just such an amazing place! The service, the quality, the hospitality and pretty much everything else at such a level! The breakfast is superb with lots of fresh cakes and a nice selection. Comfortable and and spacious rooms. There's no point in looking for restaurants in the area when you have the chance to be pampered by staff who are present and courteous but never intrusive. Dinners we had were the best we had on our 9 day trip in Sicily. The staff (both Antonio's and the dining staff) is the best you can find in an accommodation facility and we thank them for the kindness and courtesy that distinguished them over the three days we stayed there!structure in excellent condition. As an American, would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

beautiful room in a nice area outside of Modica. You need a car to get to Modica, though. Excellent breakfast.

Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel. Just a hint, but thanks x

The hotel is comfortable and clean. It is not in the old center but if you have a car it is better to stay here than in some old hotel in historic center. The staff is nice and speaking English. Breakfast is not too bad if you know that you have to ask a waiter to bring you omelet or scramble eggs from a kitchen. I did not know about that and the waiters did not tell us that because they did not speak English.
