We loved the location! A 2-minute walk to the Trevi fountain on cute streets full of restaurants, gelato places and shopping. Fun fact, you live one block from Italy’s president. The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and kind. The room was big for a family of three. Order the breakfast! The staff deliver it to your room at the requested time. We had yogurt, cereal, toast, jam, delicious croissants and cappuccino. Would highly recommend the Trevi 41 Hotel!

Solo trip, so booked a single room which was bigger than it looked in pictures. Plenty of space and room to breathe. Great location. Lots of this within 5-20 mins of the hotel. Amazing staff, very informative and helpful. A couple of downsides. Furniture was tired. No bar/restaurant. Breakfast was delivered via menu. AC unit was noisy. Some lights not working. Minor details that could've been perfecto! Overall. Good choice!

Not pleased. We were in Rome for a single night, the last of our vacation. When we returned to our room with our exhausted child to sleep at 1am, in an annex building separate from the main hotel, we found that the AC was not functioning properly. We had to sleep in a room that was around 85 degrees. There was no time to completely change rooms with an upcoming morning flight. It was a terrible end to a great vacation.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom is very dated and the shower head fell out of the wall. The bathroom had a scary access door that opened to the rooftop and was full of old toilets and dirty towels. There’s also no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor in July. When you remove your room key from the slot to leave, it also cuts off the AC. So when you get back from a long hot day in Rome, your room is also stifling hot and unbearable until they AC gets cool again. Great location and helpful front desk, but would never stay again due to no elevator and AC issue.

Pros: Great location! 2 min wallk to the TREVI Fountain. Room was spacious and bathroom too. Beds were comfortable with lots of closet space. Cons: Entrance is located in an alleyway, but it was safe. Entrance to the building where the room was more of a commercial entrance with bags of laundry and old, torn carpets. The reception was in a totally separate location down the street. Maybe a 5 min walk. Although the bathroom was large, some items need repair. Overall it was worth it for the location and spaciousness of the room for three adults.

Not a great part of town though central to Trevi fountain. The annexure was an apartment type accom which was a block away from main hotel, it felt like we were going somewhere else. I’m glad I wasn’t traveling alone. Access from an alley. Pretty old and dated building with no elevator and narrow spiral staircase. Decor inside room was ok, large and airy. Easy walk and transport to all major attractions.

The location is perfect. It's close to everything, and at least a walkable distance to everything else. Staff is very friendly, effective and useful. Rooms are of a decent size and bathrooms are very comfortable, with modern plumbing and décor. The breakfast provided by the hotel is not worth mentioning, but across the street there is a very decent café with a breakfast menu, highly recommend the "yogurt + strawberries" breakfast. What is not good is an absence of elevator (the porter will help you with your bags up the stairs, though), and very inefficient air-conditioner. For the night you can open the window or the balcony door and enjoy some cool breeze from outside; for the daytime there needs to be a working AC system, and it is not working well enough. Also worth mentioning here - Uber cars are not allowed to get to the hotel's doors, we had to walk to the street corner at Via Triton and get the into the car there. Taxis seem not to have this problem as long as the taxi is a regular sedan type, not a minivan or SUV. This hotel is located inside the TLZ -traffic limited zone- so you cannot drive up to it without a fine. Anyway, our stay was pleasant and mostly problem-free. Thank you Trevi41 Hotel.

It is on a street full of restaurants and shops and only a few minutes from the Trevi fountain. The only downside was walking up all the steps to get to our room!
