I enjoyed the staff and events. Beds were comfortable and pools and bars were cool. I didn’t not have hot water for showers and the room was a bit dated.

Hotel was dated but fairly clean. No hot water in the shower most days and the day we had hot water I burned myself because it was only super hot and I wasn’t expecting it since we had no hot water at all. Not enough silverware and bowls. It was annoying.

what I liked was the staff was rather nice. The second thing that I liked is they have their own beach, now what I didn’t like. I did not like my room. I honestly hated my room. It looks like a one bedroom apartment without a kitchen and in order to use my TV. I had to literally keep my bathroom light on to keep my TV working. There was absolutely no hot water. It took 48 hours for me to get towels and they don’t provide wash rags so if you’re looking for a wash rag, don’t look for one I asked for a balcony with an ocean view. I got a semi balcony with a basketball court view. I did not have a telephone in my room in order to call anyone, and then upon looking around in the room, I found the telephone broken inside the bathroom drawer with an old showerhead. The hotel is rather outdated lights flicker all day long in the dining area. It needs upgrades. It definitely does not have an elevator so get used to walking up and down steps. If you’re vegetarian, they really don’t have a good selection for you at all. The food selection wasn’t that hot either it was OK time to time with certain items, but other than that the food selection was poor. Would I use this hotel again? No, I would not. I will only recommend a hotel like this to somebody that’s traveling with a bunch of kids and don’t require much due to the fact that they are traveling with a bunch of young children. Also, there’s no trash cans in the rooms at all. WiFi is trash also.

It was good

The price was good. The property is one of the older hotels in the area. They have obviously tried to keep up with repairs but the restroom needs some updating. The room was comfortable and the food was good. The beach area is small but really nice. I enjoyed my stay and I would go back.

Rooms were very unkept

No hot water the entire stay. Complaints were not addressed. No towels. Room was old and in need of repairs. Staff was friendly but service was poor

Not so good. My room was a mess. Leaking toilet. No warm water until the last day. Spent a night with no water in shower after cimplaining about cold water. I requested an iron, it took 3 requests and 2 days to receive it. It was not good. The people were pleasant though. That's for sure.

The staff at front desk rude , no hot water or water at all. The food was horrible at the buffet. I had to wait two hours for a room after checking in at 3:00 pm I did not get my room until 4:45pm. This hotel has a sister hotel , the food from that hotel and the hotel that I stayed at was totally different. They said you can use all facilities at sister hotel except buffet and restaurant.I wish I was able to stay at sister hotel instead of the one I was put in.Also the alcohol that was served was very cheap. No top shelf option. The property was clean, my room was nice. I would not choose this hotel for my stay in Jamaica if I came back. The location was good though.

I was unable to take a shower the first night I came; there wasn't any water in the building. There weren't any towels. They told me they did not have towels. They finally gave me two dirty towels that had makeup all over them. I wasn't able to use them. The room and the bathroom are terrible and need updating. The shower does not work in some of the rooms, neither do the outlets. The staff was pleasant and caring; it is not their fault. I would never stay here again. I had to pay an additional fee for my 16-year-old children after I booked my package because they were considered adults.

Food was terrible and rooms were not clean

Stay wasn't pleasant the room wasn't clean it needed repairs the water was cold my entire stay the gift shop was closed so you had to purchase wash cloths from a store nearby. I would never stay there again

Shower was old and looked filthy even .though the room was cleaned daily. We had toilet issues, door not closing and locking issues

The air condition wasnt working in room then they change change me to another room the air wasnt working inthat room and i have asthma and it was triggered by the hearvthey never had clean towels and no face towels the toliet over flowed it took tfor me to call twice so they can come and fix it and the food had flys everywhere and a lot of cats and then the hot wayer heater broke and they failed to tell us it was only when i called i learned it was broken i fell i should be confesated for all my troubles and when i mention it she said she couldnt and no manager was available! I have an large following on social media i would never refer this place to no one not even an enemy

Construction, water main break, no hot water or no shower are just some of the issues with this property. I would appreciate some form of refund or adjustments on the bill.

Everyone was very accommodating

The bathrooms are moldy, outdated, half of the properties under construction. I had three oceanfront rooms that was the worst on the second floor a hot water pipe bust in the hallway that nearly burnt my daughter after the Mangement had it dried up, and I guess he fixed the pipe. I thought a slip and fell on a day of checkout. It was still leaking on the floor also down in the lobby and in the kitchen, the elevator has been broken for 10 years Expedia I want my money back and I do have pictures.

Staff was very friendly and nice on both side if book go to the Cornwall side the other side is old an a mess not worth it.

Everything is just bad i would not go back there customer service not good check in 3 o'clock and get room after 6 oclock room dirty have cockroach and lizard food not good at all its yucky the best ting was just the bar tender they are friendly they make our day if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have a little smile tks to the guys and the ladies who work in the bars
