Negril Beach Club

Simple but clean room with private balcony, refrigerator, cold AC, nice and clean bathroom with hot water and good water pressure in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice housekeeping. Beautiful location on large beach, plenty of beach chairs available, shade trees and great access to the crystal clear water. Beautiful whiter sand, no trash on the beach, well kept. Delicious and affordable restaurants next door and in short walking distance. Property has fully recovered from the hurricane, zero issues or inconveniences due to the storm. Please don't cancel your reservation because you are concerned about that.

Did not correspond to the images shown. Shoddy, poorly equipped. Toilet paper rationed, old laundry. Expedia upgraded me but the room,owner refused so I had to pay to get a better room not overlooking the noisy road.

I had a great time. Beach front is gorgeous and excellent food. Everyone was so pleasant

We reached after check in hours and the security had our key. He was very professional and made sure that we were the right person for the room. He directed us where we should park. The property is has beautiful flower bushes around it, and well maintained. Our room was cleaned, and the AC worked really well. In our room we had a mini fridge that was already plugged in and a television. The room is very spacious. In the closet there is a safe for you to put your personal belongings. There is a lot of drawer space to put your clothes. The bathroom was nice, this is an older property so don’t expect one of the newest bathroom standard but enough space to put all your necessities. The hot water pressure was amazing. They supply you with two towels, two small soap, please bring your washcloths, etc. The property has its own beach area with a lot of seating options. Everyone was pleasant and nice. The only thing I would change is letting them know the area I would like to stay (beach side), at check in as I was facing the road and I could hear every cars. Overall a good stay. Big up Miss. Kaydia the receptionist, and Indian (Horse back tour person). He was very patient.

The room was lovely and the people who work there are amazing, slways checking to make dure you are ok and not needing anything. When airtransat changed our flights on us they worked out a plan for us so we didn't have to find other accommodations for the 2 days that we would be at the end

We never got an upgraded room after I complained but they did bring hot water pot for coffee o was not happy at this resort at all! It’s also was dirty place to stay

Title: Returned After a Good First Stay — Very Disappointed This Time I previously stayed at Negril Beach Club, and my first visit was pleasant. I had a standard room with a small kitchenette, and it was clean and comfortable. That positive experience is what made me choose the property again. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different. When I arrived, I was told the room I booked on Expedia was not available. The standard room they showed me looked nothing like the photos. I was then offered an upgraded studio for an additional $234, which I ended up paying. Which is (scam) they have set up. On Day 1, something poked my upper thigh when I stretched my leg on the mattress. I ignored it at first. On Day 2, it scraped my leg again. When I lifted the sheet, I found a wire sticking out of the mattress. I reported it to the front desk, and the housekeeper came in and flipped or turned the mattress to the other side of the bed instead of replacing it. The mattress was extremely old and worn. Other issues included: • Very low shower water pressure • Cooling system not working • Refrigerator stopped working and leaked water • Broken window shade • Drawers with a strong odor • Dingy linens and towels The location is excellent, and Travelers and 1Fusion bar & restaurant door were great places to eat. But even a great location can’t make up for the lack of comfort and maintenance. Overall, my first stay here was nice, but this visit was disappointing.

The hotel had pros and cons. Me and my husband stayed in a one bedroom apartment room for nearly a week. Pro: - Less than 2 min walk to beach - right on the strip near lots of restaurants - Hospital right across the street for those of us who are easily injured on vacation - Staff is very friendly Cons - no one could tell me where the continental breakfast was located even after I asked several employees, on our last day we were pointed to a restaurant where breakfast was made to order and charged per item, so they don’t offer continental breakfast - The water pressure was low the entire stay I like a pressure wash after going to beach - The plugs for the bedroom, only one worked the rest never worked with my phone charger - The stove was missing a covering - The room is outdated - WiFi very unreliable it goes in and out all day long. As someone who doesn’t have a international plan I needed it to contact family and the calls wouldn’t go through or dropped frequently -you can here the street sounds all night long and every morning
