Was very surprised at the facility. The womens side was very quiet. This is a great place for a single woman to stay. Only complaint is the pillows are super hard. Bed comfy, locker very roomy, shower facilities very nice.

As American tourists, this was our first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was certainly a memorable experience. Similar to a hostel, everything is communal and gendered (separate male and female floors). The place itself is extremely clean and run in a very orderly fashion. If we were to change anything at all, it would be to have more secure doors in our pod capsules (they were just screens) and to have the pod capsules contain some sort of temperature regulation/fans inside (they did not, only lights). The amenities are very accommodating, we were provided with towels, pajamas, tooth brushes and slippers. Everything besides the tooth brush was expected to be returned in the morning of each day you stay, and you are provided with fresh ones at night. There is shampoo, conditioner and soap provided in all the showers, which was a welcome surprise to see. Note that during the day (10am-2pm), cleaning takes place, so you must vacate the hotel (except for the lobby) during this time. Also, it is advised to bring ear plugs to sleep with, since you will hear every sound your neighbors make (even the subtle rustling of blankets) in the sleeping pod area. I hope this review helps anyone considering staying here!

Ok for budget stay, but not very comfortable

I really liked that the lockers had space for the suitcases so they don’t take up space in the walkway. A few of the other occupants of the capsule were quite loud and returning in the middle of the night, and were quite loud when eating in the beds.

Nice and clean

It was a great stay, steps from the subway. No staff at check-in but there is a buzzer if you need to speak with some one, they came up to us right away. Bed was comfy, only thing bad was it was a bit noizy from other renter. Would not go again because of that.

Amazing budget option, a minute away from subway, very safe, clean and just perfect for short stay in Tokyo. Will be back!

Nice Hostel type stay, everything is clean and tidy, they give you clean set of pyjamas and toilteries daily. Must stay if you plan to be in Tokyo for 1-2 days.

Good area, good for a capsuld hotel.

Staff went above & beyond when I asked. A few issues with cleanliness from the bathrooms but this could be due to other patrons after cleaning had been done. Area felt safe & friendly. Close to laundry, food & shopping

Staying here was a really fun experience, loved it. The only downside was the long wait for the shower after our flight from Australia. The whole setup was fabulous and incredibly clean. With a one night stay for sure.

Stayed here my first night when I arrived in Tokyo. Wanted to have the experience for one night before going to my accommodation for the rest of my stay, though you could easily stay here for an entire trip. Perfect place to rest and freshen up after a long haul flight, and convenience stores and markets were nearby for snacks and small meals. I never interacted with any staff, as it was a machine checkin, but there were people around if there were any issues.

A study in minimalism for hotels. All of things you need for sleeping and morning time ritual, and nothing more. Good for solo travelers.

We stayed at this capsule hotel for 5 nights. The female and male capsules and bathrooms are separated onto different floors which is nice (this might not be ideal for couples). The capsules and bathrooms are kept quite clean and it is highly recommended that you bring earplugs for sleeping because you can hear every movement/noise within the capsules. The beds/pillows are not the most comfortable (it is a capsule hotel after all) so if you have a prolonged stay here just bear that in mind. The location is very convenient as it is very close to Ningyocho station.

I love everything about this place hassel free.

Clean bathroom, no weird smells (all one can hope for when in an enclosed space). The person at the front desk seemed to hate her job/life though lol. I thought it was just because I didn't speak Japanese well, but she had the same indifference towards those who did speak the language (true equality). I wish her the best.

Very convenient and clean. Google aps showed wrong place but could finde it with help of the locals.
