The only complaint I have is that the shower was quite small for the double room. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. There is complementary coffee and soft cream ice cream and even a rooftop deck!! I chose this hotel for the location and value. The Hibiya Line entrance #2 is close by as well as 2 convenience stores. Roppongi Hills is across the street and Don Quijote and Tokyo Midtown are 10 minutes away by walk. Many restaurants in that area, definitely something for everyone.

Eveything was great, staff, rooms, and the free soft-serve ice cream! I only wish that checkout was at 11am and not 10am. The only place we stayed that had a 10am checkout. Only 1000YEN to extend checkout to 11am.

Good wifi, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities in room. Charging points both sides of the bed. Free coffee and tea with both kettle and percolator in room. Free ice cream. Highly convenient quiet location close to station and two general stores.Friendly English speaking staff.

Very clean and quiet room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was just right size and functional. Kitchen and dining table were perfect for us. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Towels were replaced daily. Only downside was that it does not have a spa.
