Took a family trip to Japan and the Act Hotel was our first stay of several. Although it’s a small boutique hotel it had great amenities and comfortable beds. The location was in a nice quiet area and near transit stations. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

The staff were superb and friendly. We left our International Driving Licenses behind and the hotel notified us right away and had them sent to us at our next destination within one day. Thoughtful, courteous, considerate and professional. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful! Thank you!

For the price it’s a good hotel. However, staff just seemed like they did not care about you or want to talk to you that much. With that being said, we did not have any issues with them or with our stay. It was a small room, but for the price it’s well worth it. Additionally it’s in a very good location and next to the station.

We had an excellent stay at the ACT Hotel. It was clean, staff was pleasant. We had towel service daily. Room was small depending on where you are used to staying. We came from the United states so this was a very small room but it was comfortable, clean, had everything that we needed in it. We even had to use the laundry room and it was clean. Very conveniently located to subway, restaurants, convenient stores and mall. I would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, very close to Roppongi station!
There was a Lawson and Family mart close by to get snacks and water !
The hotel offers free soft serve which was really cool!
I stayed there with my family, we booked 3 rooms!
The rooms were small! Careful if you have a lot of luggages! I didn’t realize before booking that the floor would be in rug i usually prefer when there’s no rug. It was a bit dusty!
Also, my family found a cockroach is their room on the last day :( !
But overall it was fine for the price and location!

The room was small as normal Tokyo hotels are but very cozy and the appliances worked well and were of quality. The water pressure was great and the temperature controls were effective. Stayed for one night. The downside was no room cleaning during the stay and the blinds (we had 2 windows right above the bed) were not blackout

this is an amazing hotel, value for money, near the station, very accessible to almost everything i am very satisfied..except for the ladies staff who were unfriendly...i repeat ladies staff who were on duty from the night of jan 6 till jan 7... I had no problem with the male staff the, 2 japanese guys and the indian guy who were very helpful, polite and very nice and patient... very professional...
