Clean and spacious room, comfortable sleep and very accomodating staff!

Everything was great except for the heater not working

Really friendly staff, especially Haruka-san. Very clean and stable wifi. Skylounge work area on 10th floor is so beautiful too! Would recommend!

Although, we haven’t used our day one in the hostel, due to airplane is delayed for 3 hours, that’s why we arrived at And hostel at 1:30am, and we checked in the following day, the accommodation was great and comfortable, and the receptions are friendly and great in speaking English. Clean, and the dining and kitchen is also clean and tidy. Highly Recommend.

Our stay was as to expect from a hostel. When we stayed there was only one or two other rooms occupied. Very quiet despite the highway right beside. The room was a bit more spacious than some of the other hotels we stayed at this trip. The bed on the floor platform was not preferred by may partner but I had no issue with it.

Really good location and friendly staff. Before checkout we did see a small bug in the washroom. Overall, still a great place to stay and the atmosphere is awesome!

2nd time staying at an ∧ Hostel. Affordable, clean, and the staff / amenities are pretty good. Will happily stay again next time that I visit Osaka. Highly recommended.

At arrival I went to the room it looked ok I poured a bath for my daughter …. Turned light on lie down on the bed I started to have asthma attack look around near pillow the place was covered in a layer of thick dust it’s not been dusted for weeks and amongst the dust a variety of public hair , regular hair , blood stain and shards of glass so I took a video and show it downstairs at reception! All I got is the hotel is fully booked not possible to change do I suggested to give me another room and then they clean mine so that later checking clients would have it clean but I was told no…. after 2 hours of me waiting for a solution at the reception… they were all avoiding eye contact and talking to me as people kept checking in! Then I had enough and had a serious talk as I said I would report this ! She called her boss who said no change of room I could go to their other hotel 20 min away they had a room and I would have to pay extra ! She said but it’s smaller room. So I said were is it? You are getting me taxi and pay its charge right? She called boss he said “NO!” Please note I’m disable I already paid a taxi to this hotel! Anyway we had just arrived from over 12000km flight from UK via China we were totally exhausted and we just missed our diner reservation they waisted my time and the energy I didn’t have! All this ended up for me to ask them cleaning products and I had to clean the room myself! DO NOT use this hostel 👎 I want to get my money back and formal complaint

Simple affordable and clean

Nice room, clean. Very well equipped accommodations. Efficient frendly staff. The included breakfast was only cereal, bread for toasting and coffee or tea.

There were a lot of really good things about this property. But the mens bathroom on my floor was out of order and the other shower was out of order on the floor, but they had others one floor up and down so not a major inconvenience, the staff was great, the room was perfect forna single or two person traveler
