The hotel is very comfortable and convenient. My only issue was the breakfast situation. When we checked in we were told there was breakfast for 1500 yen, from 7 to 10 am. Next morning we showed up and the restaurant people were very rude, yell at us to leave and shoved me a paper on my face yelling I needed a voucher. No-one mentioned any vouchers. A large tour checked in and they gave these people preference because they work with a local company, and the rest of us who were there BEFORE didn’t count.

Standard APA hotel, very small but comfortable room, perfect for one guest. Stayed one week. Second time at this hotel and would definitely return. A few blocks from the Asakusabashi JR and subway stations. The only TV station in English is BBC, what seems to be standard in the APA network. Not many restaurants nearby, but several convenient stores.

Nice quiet location that is within walkable distance to train stations. Staffs are very friendly with limited English speaking. Very easy to check in/out. Expedia listed it with laundry service but that is not true, we had to use a coin laundry service a few blocks away. Only one elevator for 10 floor so sometime you have to wait a while. Room is fairly tidy and plenty of free basic toiletries. We did find the place a bit dusty and not sure if they vacuum the place when they clean the room. We tried to ask for an extra pillow but to our surprise they ran out of extra pillows which is a bit of a red flag.

Everything was great. The only drawback is that the room was very small. The only place to open your suitcase is right in front of the door or on the bed. Other than that, everything was good and I would recommend

Apa hotels are effectively about maximising space, whilst this is good for the planet (somewhat, and excluding the carbon footprint it takes to get guests to the hotel but I digress) it's not great if you're staying for a long period of time, say 14 days. The room as a desk, bed, bathroom and fridge so its more than sufficient. However there's a distinct lack of space for your suitcase, clothes and so on. I think there was 4 hangers (on hooks not a rail) not the end of the world but most og my clothes were consequently creased as I had to keep them in my suitcase. Staff were friendly, and I was able to store my luggage on my last day (free of charge). Location was great, and walking distance from the subway, which has a direct access from Narita Airport (Toei Asakusa). I think it's best suited for those traveling light and or short burst stays. It's not really set up for a suitcase or worse more than two because you'll be falling over them, especially the minute you start doing the inevitable 'buy all the things'.
