APA Hotel Iidabashi Ekimae

Helpful employees when checking into my hotel for the first time. My room was fresh and clean and everything was functioning perfectly. I have no complaints with the service that was provided and I would definitely rebook here when I come back to Tokyo. Plus the location of the hotel is very close to a train station.

The attention to detail is great. They even have different coloured cups so a couple/friends won't get their cups mixed up. The room was a bit small but otherwise 10/10

Staff was not very accommodating. Markedly different experience compared to other location of APA hotel previously stayed at in Iidabashi. Room was smaller, uncomfortable.

Service was excellent. Chose to add breakfast option while booking, food was great. Room was compact but nice. Lobby area was a tad small however. Definitely would stay here again/ recommend to friends.

Horrible Experience! This hotel is located right next to the metro station - it seems convenient to exit the hotel and enter the station, but believe me, we couldn't rest at all. For 24hours, you can constantly hear the metro on the tracks every 3 minutes. The cars, the honking - everything! There is no sound insulation at all. If you can believe it, they gave us 4 different rooms, even on the side further from the metro, but it made no difference. Light comes through the blinds, so you can't rest well either. It was awful. A bit of context: Initially, I was shocked by how many cheap hotels there were. I didn't understand why and if they were of good quality, but later I understood how they could have such low prices. The rooms are tiny. It was one of the cheapest in the area, around 80 euros per night. Be warned - you will be shocked when you enter the room. The room is so small that you barely have enough space to open your suitcase. The bathroom is okay, but also extremely small. The cleaning staff are required by hotel policy to clean almost daily, so no one will respect your sleep hours if you want to rest later.

Hotel had everything I needed for a seven night stay. Close to transport links to get all over Tokyo. Really quiet and peaceful in the room on a nighttime.

Good APA hotel, very close to the station (Tozai Line). A positive experience, except the room was dusty. There is only one elevator, so it can be extremely busy/full at check out time.

Great stay and super convenient location for the Tozai Line, only weird part was that I booked a double just for myself due to availability and every day I got a new bag of amenities for two so ended up with a huge surplus of bags I needed to find space for.

Rooms are small, but clean. It's location to the Iidabashi station and family mart couldn't be anymore convenient. It's quiet, but there's a decent amount of bars and restaurants. Great Value!

Standard size hotel room for Japan, bed comfortable Staff were accomodating and were patient when faced with language barriers

Breakfast was a tray but as well as fish you could choose Dan Dan udon or curry rice!

The Staff was very kind right from moment we checked in.
