APA in general are great, excellent value and consistently high level of service, clean and easy to access. The only thing letting down Osaka Umeda is the location right next to the train line. Its not an issue at night, but if you wake up before your alarm you will be kept awake by the the trains from about 530am onwards. Great staff, helpful and go out of their way. That said quite close to Osaka station which is a huge help.

It's a typical APA property, but I noticed some long hairs in the bath tub. The trains are also noisy. The area felt a bit inconvenient to access too. The staff were nice, though.

We stayed in this hotel as just an overnight stay between traveling which was just fine for that, probably not ideal for more than that. The room was smaller than we expected but we made it work. Staff were polite and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Great location, walkable to Osaka station. It is a very small room and near to the railway. Luckily, there are no trains at the night. So it is enough quiet for sleep. If you want to have a place for an overnight stay, it is recommended.

I do not recommend this hotel. My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The train lines create so much noise, we were unable to sleep the entire time. We had to use ear plugs and headphones and it still wasn’t enough. Further the pillows were horrible, we slept with our travel neck pillows. The service was average. You can definitely find a better hotel on your stay in Osaka.

It had more than 10 floors but has only 2 elevators; moreover, the check-out time is 10am, threatening extra charging for over time. The elevator didn't stop for a while at lower floors at all from 9:45 to 10:15am. I wouldn't choose next time.
