The hotel well maintained and clean, both kaiseki dinner and breakfast was excellent. Onsen have 1st floor indoor ginsen & kinsen for hotel guests, 2nd indoor/3rd open air bath open for public. Staff very attentive and helpful especially for shuttle bus and helping me to get to the bus station and catching the correct bus. When check in, they really patient to explain each floor amenities and dinner/breakfast location, also there's welcome drink lounge self serve. I'll definitely stay again on my next visit.

The staff were incredibly friendly. We got the breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a very nice 8 course meal with local soda options as well. They also set up our beds while we were at dinner. The hotel private onsen has silver and gold pools with both skin and hair products for use.

The hotel is located on a steep hill, it is better to call the hotel to pick you up at the station. We thought it’s very close from the bus station, so we walked to hotel with 4 luggages. It’s exhausting. After we checked out, we asked for a ride to the bus station, and the driver dropped us off directly.

Room was clean but slightly outdated and not as big as we had thought it would be, especially for one shared with 5 adults and a baby. Staff were polite and were always quick to accommodate the baby.

a great onsen place with lots to offer. Many different types of onsen as well. Love the experience. Will come back for sure. The only thing you have to watch out for is. Take the shuttle bus and try not to walk up the really steep hill to the hotel. It is definitely some cardio exercise. But, if you take the shuttle bus, which is very convenient, you will save yourself some harsh exercise.
