If you are a tourist, this place is only accessible by taxi. If you want to take the bus, make sure you do not have luggage as the city busses are very small. The onsen is really the highlight of the place.

Pros: Its clean, nice staffs, great service and good location. Cons :The room is super tiny and there is only one elevator, no stairs. You have to wait for elevator while when its busy time.

Best thing in this hotel is sky spa - or onsen on 12th floor overlooking town and motorway! Very fascinating and relaxing watch, soaking on hot water after full day walking! Lawson and 7-eleven just outside the hotel, several dining options within 5min walk. Hotel itself is quite dated and feels old, but sky onsen and breakfast makes up for it. Stayed one night in May 2025.

The room was clean and smell good. Also, it has a nice public bath.

Good hotel, but the area around it was not the best. The outdoor spa area could be better too

Upon arrival, we requested to cancel breakfast for the first day and asked for a refund but was informed that this was not possible. The hotel had 1 elevator for 12 floors and the stairs were only for emergencies. This caused lines for the elevator going up and down. The layout of the serving stations at breakfast did not allow for guests to form lines and go in one direction. This caused guests to jump from one section to the next in a chaotic manner trying not to bump into each other. Overall, I don't think the hotel is designed well. Other than that, the room was good and comfortable.

数年ぶりに宿泊しました。 いつも朝食が美味しくて食べ過ぎてしまいます。以前の様に朝食のコーヒーをテイクアウト出来ると助かります。カップを有料にしても良いのではないでしょうか。 エレベーターから客室間の廊下のホコリが気になりました。

It has a nice outdoor public bath area for men

ユニットバスから尿臭(トイレ周りに持参した除菌消臭剤を振ったが、しばらくすると再び臭っていたので換気口からの匂いかもしれない)、ベッドカバーもあちこちシミ付きなど 快適とは言いづらいと感じた。時節柄大浴場と朝食は使っていません。

The room was very small. Not much space for luggage. Hard to walk through to the table and fridge.

Portable massager and Sky spa excellent facilities. Front desk staff can more friendly.

Hotel felt very nice. Staff even spoke English. Rooftop Japanese bath was an big plus. Would definitely book again.

Other than the noisy air conditioning machine in the room, everything is fine.

This is a simple and efficient hotel, nothing complicated. The location was very good overall. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from Chino train station to the hotel and on the way (depending on the route) you can stop by a variety of convenience stores, Mr. Donut, Uniqlo, Seiyu and restaurants such as Saizeriya. The hotel itself is also located close to Suwa Station Park plaza which also has a variety of shopping options. The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi access and speed and is very simple to connect to. The room I had was simple and comfortable. The room itself has a small refrigerator, a sink and a toilet. To take a bath/shower, you must take the elevator to the top floor and use a coded keypad to enter a men's or women's only communal shower and bath. This communal shower and bath experience was the best part of the hotel as the bath/shower facility is large and the bath provides a very large picturesque and panoramic view of Chino. Further into the lobby, there is an area that converts to an efficient breakfast dining experience in the morning; I didn't experience the dining options in the hotel. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

I like high floor Overlook bath on 12th.floor and very clean.

Nice hotel with every aspect up to expectations. Certainly will use the same chain of hotels again.

This hotel is not a bad deal. It is close to convenient spots. Small, but comfortable and clean.

The hotel good for just spending the night when driving through. It is close to the highway and there is nothing to do or see in the area.we stayed there one night on the way from takayama, via tsumago and magome, to hakone. Just a place for the night. Nice and clean - good service. A good soba restaurant across the street.
