Great size and conveniences for a family. So convenient to have the kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. So much space for a family with three teenagers. Good location close to trains.

The room was incredibly spacious for our family. The staff were kind, helpful, and responsive. Having the washer/dryer for our family and staying in Japan for 12 days was very helpful. It is central to several train stations, as low as 5-10 minutes. Several stores and Grocery store across the street we visited frequently was convenient.

Amazing japanese style apartment close to the underground and local shops as it is quite central to the main attractions, and very quiet area to be in the city. The apartment was clean and in perfect conditions, we were amazed by how spacious it was and as a family with a crawling baby it was perfect because of the wooden floor and tatami. There were extra blankets and pillows too, and they stocked for us also lots of towels. Staff has been helpful since our arrival, they showed us around and also provided us with a map of the closest market as with the kitchen being available we had the time to cook/heat us some local food. Staff was very friendly and they also helped us with the forward luggage service and booked us a taxi on the check out day when we asked them. We choose to opt out of the cleaning service during our stay but the apartment has all amenities to do it yourself such us the hoover, dish soap and sponge and washing machine.

The owner has created a detailed website with just about all the information you may need to decide whether the hotel will suit your needs. I personally loved the humongous space the most as that usually comes with a huge premium in central Tokyo and I am glad that it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Of course, it was clean like every other place I have stayed at in Japan, but I can feel the owner’s attention to details and desire to help are even higher than the average in Japan which is already high when compared to the rest of the world. If the location and price is right for you and as long as you’re not looking for beautiful room decorations, this may be a very comfortable home away from home.

This hotel was amazing!! It was super clean, very accessible and insanely affordable. We stayed for 8 nights and paid 360 per person for the whole trip. There were five of us and the place fit us and could’ve got 3 more. I forgot my iPhone charger but they had some for us in the room to use. One of the best places to stay at while in GINZA. 10/10 recommend:)

Newly remodeled. Our unit was the entire floor. Two full beds, desk/study area, large tatami area, kitchenette with plates, cups, etc for 4; electric cooktop so you can make midnight ramen. Larger than a dorm fridge but not full size. Feather and polyester bedding options and a walk thru closet. In unit laundry, already filled with detergent. 24-hour market on adjacent block. Lots of restaurants on the way to/from subway station. Quiet neighborhood and a relaxing respite from the hustle of urban life. Would stay here again. Perfect for our family of 4.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and that is for a reason. The room is spacious especially for Japanese standards, there is a special touch to it as the owner is very hands on and it is close to the TCAT where one can board the limousine bus to go to Haneda or Narita airport. They have many amenities and they would refresh our towels and bottled water everyday. There are also many restaurants nearby and is walking-distance to train stations. We will definitely stay again!
