Staff: very helpful!
Beds: I stayed with my son (age 14) and my daughter (age 12) in the room with 2 twin beds. We pushed the beds together to make the room feel a little more spacious near the door. I slept in the middle. My daughter and I shared a bed and had just enough space. Very comfortable btw.
Space: The room was just big enough for 1 carry-on bag each 1 backpack each a medium-sized suitcase we shared between us. Room would have been too small if we had more than that with us.
Pajamas: The complimentary, comfortable, unisex Japanese nighties were nice; had I know about them that would have saved space in my luggage.
Location: This was my first trip to Tokyo, and I wasn’t sure where to stay, but I feel like this location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. But if you want a place to stay that has a little more character, this is not it.
Noise: there’s a lot of partying happening in Roppongi all night. If you are a light sleeper or have a hard time falling back to sleep, I would not recommend this place. I woke up one night to the sound of sirens so loud I thought something was wrong inside our hotel. Another night I heard Party goers outside.
Breakfast: is savory dinner choices prepared by the Thai restaurant on the 1st floor. They do have scrambled eggs although very runny.
Overall, I think it was a great value for the money and I do not regret my decision.

The room size is good. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Location has lots of restaurant options and it’s right next to Hibiya metro line. We enjoyed our time at this location.

Roppongi Station is only steps outside the hotel and convenient to reach Shibuya and Shinjuku. Roppongi also has plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. The hotel is a decent size relative to other Japanese hotels and the staff are quite helpful and friendly.

The hotel is accessible/walkable to Subway, good resturants, groceries & shopping malls. Staffs are very helpful & friendly. Our room is a little bit small with a king size bed and no enough space for hanging clothes. But overall, I will recommend this hotel.

I've been to Tokyo several times and I know the culture of hotel rooms are expected to be much smaller than american ones. For teh same grade of hotel in America would be average to below par.
This was clean and nice and I was pleasantly surprised with the size.
Hotel located in a posh subway stop area of Tokyo and I always pick my hotels close to subways. Its Asia, you expected shops and restaurants around the corner in which it was.
And of course very polite hotel staff as with the service in general in Japan.

Very convenient location, subways right outside the entrance or near by. Tokyo midtown, lots of museums, parks, nice restaurants. The hotel is small but efficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy and automated but staff were friendly and ready to help if needed. They helped us with the luggage transfer document when we wanted to ship our large suitcase to our next stay in Osaka. Would stay here again.

Very centrally located in Roppongi. Easy to get to airport via metro with Roppongi metro very near by and elevator access from metro for luggage. Rooms are comfortable.

We enjoyed greatly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn Roppongi. Close to subways , restaurants and shopping . Helpful especially to customers who aren’t able to speak Japanese. Great service and large room for a family of 4 with a sofa bed .
