We greatly enjoyed our time here with a wonderful staff and a "central" location (whatever "central" might mean in a city like Tokyo). The room was a tad cramped by an overly large bed. We could have settled for a smaller bed if it meant we could store our stuff more easily. But at least it was comfortable. We would have liked more breakfast options as well. Overall, a good stay.

Rooms are too small, can’t even place luggage on the floor without sliding it under the beds, no window that you can see through. Thai real fast could use some variety for westerners. Clean and modern hotel but no amenities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English well enough to communicate. They helped a lot with the luggage transfer to Osaka. The breakfast buffet was average. It's pretty much the same Thai breakfast menu everyday.

Staff: very helpful!
Beds: I stayed with my son (age 14) and my daughter (age 12) in the room with 2 twin beds. We pushed the beds together to make the room feel a little more spacious near the door. I slept in the middle. My daughter and I shared a bed and had just enough space. Very comfortable btw.
Space: The room was just big enough for 1 carry-on bag each 1 backpack each a medium-sized suitcase we shared between us. Room would have been too small if we had more than that with us.
Pajamas: The complimentary, comfortable, unisex Japanese nighties were nice; had I know about them that would have saved space in my luggage.
Location: This was my first trip to Tokyo, and I wasn’t sure where to stay, but I feel like this location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. But if you want a place to stay that has a little more character, this is not it.
Noise: there’s a lot of partying happening in Roppongi all night. If you are a light sleeper or have a hard time falling back to sleep, I would not recommend this place. I woke up one night to the sound of sirens so loud I thought something was wrong inside our hotel. Another night I heard Party goers outside.
Breakfast: is savory dinner choices prepared by the Thai restaurant on the 1st floor. They do have scrambled eggs although very runny.
Overall, I think it was a great value for the money and I do not regret my decision.
