Great place to stay at. Stayed for two nights with breakfast included. Excellent choices and variety. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels. The hotspring/spa area was the real highlight. It was a really good onsen.

I was very surprised how much free services they offered there: ramen at night, ice cream after bath. The hot spring was very nice, many different bath tabs with nice music. It was a very pleasant experience to stay there. I’d love to come back again!

There were popsicles after hot spring bath, in the morning, there were small drink service, and at night, we could eat ramen. We could use washing machine free and ¥100 for a dryer for 20 mins. Welcome water and small snacks in the fridge. We could walk to a convenience store in 5 mins and there was an outlet stores near by. It was a really present experience staying there. I would love to go back.

Great big room (for Japan), amazing Onsen, great service in English. All at low price. Area a bit out of the way, but a 20 mins walk to train station and near outlet mall. Would book again.

The stay was fantastic! Service was good and the bath was excellent. Lots of parking and there’s a Sevem Eleven nearby. The only downfall is that there is no restaurant on site for dinner. That said, there’s a tiny izakaya almost next door that was amazing. We’ll be staying again soon!

On site onsen was beautiful! Free ramen at night came in clutch. There was a breakfast option but we did not opt for it. Room was small but myself, hubby and 3 month old did ok in their queen bed/room option. Hotel is close to a mall, cainz, i7-11 so that was a plus. They also had free water, coffee and popsicles for guest. Wifi worked great! Very clean too. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was great! Little extras like free ice cream, yakults, and ramen were great additions! Place was exactly as pictured and we loved it so much we will search for Dormy Inns for our future trips! Breakfast buffet was exceptional! One recommendation is to print out a diagram in English of the air conditioner remote so we could see which buttons to push to make our room more comfortable.

Last minute hotel book. It was a nice and clean hotel. The rooms are very small. We booked for a family of 4 and we were given a room with 2 twin beds. Location of the hotel was close to a few attractions and many places to eat. We didn’t get a chance to use the onsen. Overall the hotel served its purpose as a place to sleep.

Great staff, service and relaxing onsen! The only downside is that it’s located about 30-40 mins from downtown area, which could be overwhelming if there’s traffic. But overall, it’s a great place to stay a few nights in Sendai!

Room was super nice and bed was super comfy. And i absolutely LOVED the bath/spa/onsen area ! It was my first time in a public bath area and it was soooo relaxing! Pajamas provided as a room amenity were super comfy too !
