Great hotel!

Great hotel near public transit. Rooms are very comfortable.

One of the best location, close to the city center.

Check-in was quick and seamless. The young lady was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was right beside subway line and convenience stores. Room was spacious and spotless. Lobby was bright and inviting and we were able to pass a few hours there, after checkout. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent area with monorail right there to take you closer into the city. We thought it was a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay here. Very convenient as the train station is 1 minute away . Good breakfast options. Highly recommend.

Staff is so lovely. Everybody was so kind and helpful.

It was average - looked nicer in the pictures but wish we stayed at Hilton Odaiba or Hyatt.

Nice location and public transportation accessibility

The room was dirty upon check in. Once brought up to the staff they fixed it. But it was disappointing.

We stayed in this hotel upon our arrival to Tokyo , and although it is not in the same middle of the city it is within 30 minutes by train to any of the central Tokyo area. it has a train station right in front of the hotel and the are is filled with restaurants and shopping within walking distance , I do have to give a big Shoutout to Arissa she was one of the front desk attendants that took excellent care of us when we arrived and went above and beyond to make us feel at home , on the down side the rooms are very small compared to US standards so keep that in mind , but would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Tokyo in the future

I was very pleased at the location of this property. Having two major train stations near by made the commute to Disneyland and other major areas (Shibuya,Shinjuku, etc) so easy to navigate. I enjoyed that this hotel was in Ariake (best known for concerts, sports - Olympics) it as near a plethora of food options - within walking distance. The staff was so pleasant and attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Totally kid friendly!

Staff is very friendly and communicate well in English. Room size is around 290sqft, pretty big for 3 person. We were able to move the 2beds together, so make it more comfortable to sleep 3 persons. It has a metro station right outside the hotel, takes 2 mins to walk there. There are also 2 convenient stalls located downstairs of the hotel and across the metro station.
