Drop Inn Osaka

I love working & kitchen space, it was so nice, there were a lot of people there, and also a great view. The breakfast was free, which were toast, coffee, juice, and tea. There were many shower rooms and toilets. The room that I stayed in was so Japanese style. Walking from the subway was quite far, but it was near Osaka station. The staff was so lovely, his English was so well.

I had a wonderful stay at Drop Inn Osaka! This is my first time to stay in a dormitory room and it surely has raised the bar high. I arrived at the hostel around 11PM. The password for the main door is provided beforehand via E-mail. Inform them if arriving later that 10PM since reception is already closed by then. There is a separate door for the female dormitory too. Equipped with electronic lock. The details are provided in the pouch in the front desk when I arrived. Restrooms and showers are sparkling clean! Body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided so I just bring my clothes when I need to shower. Towels are free and provided everyday. You just have to get them in the 3rd floor, in the lounge area/breakfast area. Breakfast is simple with coffee, tea, juice, toast, butter and jam. Area is also close to Fukushima Station (10 min walk) and Osaka JR station (15 min walk - where you can ride to other areas like Nara, Osaka, etc.). I really love staying here and will definitely come back!

Rooms are quite spacious and unique, using tatami as a floor. Unfortunately the bathroom for shower is not on every floor so you have to go down to the 3rd floor to take a shower.

Friendly, clean staff, but because of the holiday season, public areas are too crowded.

Near to Osaka train station If coming from the airport Take the limousine bus to get off at the New Hankyu hotel (Osaka station) and walk about 1 km. If arriving after 11 PM, should inform the accommodation first, because when entering the accommodation, must enter the password after 11 PM. At the counter The accommodation will prepare the key on the ground floor as well.

Who says capsule accommodations? Or having a shared bathroom is not good Here I argue. There are many restaurants near by. The opposite of Seven is convenient too.

The hostel is clean and the staff are really friendly. Very close to 2 stations so it's easy to go everywhere. Overall, very recommended!

I'm a solo traveler, staying 1 night, I'm staying here to approach Osaka station because I take the train at 6am the next day. Because I arrived before check-in time, I left my suitcase at reception. The closest station to this hostel is Fukushima sta. (JR loopline-1 sta from Osaka sta) But even close to it takes 10 minutes to walk, it's still close but if you bring a suitcase it feels pretty good too. The area around is good, the office area feels safe. Near Fukushima there is Yoshinoya and Mos burger, 711 and Family mart are also very close to the hostel. Bed, shower, toilet, common room very clean and comfortable. Provided a simple breakfast (bread, coffee or tea) after that we need to wash our own used tableware. Apart from the distance from the station, the rest I like to stay at this hostel

Convenient, clean, easy to find. Near the train station. There are restaurants, convenience stores nearby.

I love Drop Inn Osaka เดียว Women traveling alone need to stay for a fee. We like it a lot, but when we stay in the room, the breathing is still loud. Any But quiet, real good, clean as well :)

I stayed here early December 2018. The hostel is between Osaka and Fukushima stations. You can walk from these 2 stations, although of course Fukushima is closer than Osaka Station. When I was here I booked a 2 futon room. The room is clean. Facilities in the room provided slippers and towels. towels are provided only once. If you want to replace you can pay again. I forget the price but it's not expensive. Toothbrushes are not provided. If you want you can buy it for 50 yen. So I suggest bringing your own toothbrush. After all, toothbrushes from hotels are indeed not right. Apart from the strategic location and cleanliness, the facilities that I like most about this hostel are the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is dedicated to the lounge. Here there is a dining room, pantry, bathroom, toilet, manchine vending, coin washing machine, you can take a shower, while washing clothes, then continue with dinner while waiting for your laundry to dry. Or just chatting with friends or other hostel residents while planning a trip the next day. Here you can also buy instant noodles if you are suddenly hungry and forget to buy food. Or if you mostly buy food, you can store food in the refrigerator. Of course previously given the name labal so that no other person would take it. This lounge is open 24 hours. But it's usually crowded above 9pm. When the residents of the hotel just came home from a walk around Osaka. Overall, if I have the chance to return to Osaka, I will definitely stay here again.

I haven't stayed at that many hostels, but Drop Inn set the bar high with its spacious capsule beds, awesome amenities, and cozy living room. It was also very clean and tidy. Would totally recommend for a great value of price. Location was a bit far from the nearest station (or I'm just too lazy), but right across it was 7-11 that has the baggage delivery service.
