Excellent hotel in all respects. Proximity of a hospital meant a few overnight ambulance sirens, but aside from that, it was a clean, comfortable stay with top-notch staff.

今回初めて利用しました。出張で2泊しました。梅田駅から徒歩圏内で便利な立地でした。施設は古い感じがしましたが、きちんと清掃されており不満はありません。部屋のトイレにウォシュレット機能が付いていますが、たまに準備中と表示され、ウォシュレット機能が使用できないことがありました。朝食は種類が豊富で、かつ、豪華でした。特にステーキ肉が食べ応えもあり印象的でした。

Very reasonably priced. My room was small but clean with comfortable bed. Convenient location, easy walking distance from a few different metro lines. Close to shopping and variety of places to eat. A convenience store just outside the building. I'm a female solo traveler and felt safe walking to/from the hotel late in evening.
